First class hotel. Stayed 10 days and could have stayed longer. The rooms are 4 star and the staff maintained this at a very high level. The reception staff made our visit very easy with there knowledge of the area. And the breakfast buffet is exceptionally good. Quyen and Nguyen were wonderful in service and there happy smiles made for a lovely experience. Well done to the Management here. This is a well run hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Extremely clean, the towels are changed every day, bedsheets - each couple of days. New plumbing in the bathroom, good water pressure. Sea view from your shower. No smoking in the rooms or at the balconies. The elevators are fast. The WiFi was good enough for regular zoom calls with really rare blackouts or slowing down (I stayed on the 8th floor) Breakfast is similar every day, with quite enough options. The gym was totally ok for regular workouts, the AC works in the gym. The pool and the gym are almost always empty. The view from the pool is spectacular, with enough WiFi to continue working there I stayed for 2 weeks, then extended for 1 more week, and I never had any soundproofing issues with the neighbors. There is a bar outside though with rather loud music in the evening (not late into the night), but the music was quite good and I didn't mind it. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had

Staff were exceptional from check-in to well after check-out. We were greeted by staff taking our bags up the entry steps and a glass of iced tea to beat the Nha Trang heat. We booked a premier executive seaview room and it didn’t disappoint - clean, comfortable and gorgeous vistas from the main sleeping area and bathroom. The kitchen was also accommodating of my vegan breakfast needs on request. We chose to store our luggage on site and were again given tea as we set off for our late night train. This was by far the best property we stayed at in terms of amenities, accommodation and relative price during our 13 day stay in Vietnam.

An amazing hotel with great room. We stayed in the deluxe room and it was just like the photos! Everything was so clean and smelt fresh. I read some reviews, which were negative, about rooms not being like pictures, staff waking you up early and being rude? But I saw absolutely none of that. The staff were so lovely and always accommodating, my partner had a birthday and they decorated the room, gave us a gift and card too ! It was done so lovely! Staff also do not wake you up early to clean the rooms everyday (you just need to press dnd). Bathroom was clean and had a bath which was great too ! Swimming pool at the top was clean and was popular, views were good too! Breakfast was great, lots of variety and again lovely cooks and everyone on the front desk was lovely !

Oceanfront Room was huge and amazing views Location . WiFi . Housekeeping . Beach/Pool towels supplied . Rooftop Pool good but pool area small . Cleanliness . 3 lifts . A couple of English speaking news channels . Reception always helpful .

No western food at breakfast . Mini bar fridge not cold . A few days we were there had a very large group of school kids so pool overrun , waited long time to get a lift as they pressed all buttons and shouting outside rooms until late at night . Day they checked out we had to chase up housekeeping after 4pm to clean our room .

Excellent location, room was spacious and well presented, bed was very comfortable.

the air conditioner blows directly on the bed and was not adjustable not temperature nor fan speed, only automatic. Our stay was on a high local-tourist season. Hotel was 100% booked. there is a strong impression that the hotel is barely helding with its full load. Multiple rude and noisy local guests shouting and smashing doors at 4-5am.

We loved the location of it, 3 mins to the beach, many great food places around, the rooftop pool was a bit smaller than I expected but great. The staff were really nice too. You can also get spa treatment at the top.

I think the spa booking system could be improved. We booked our massage and they let us book any time, in the end I think they accidentally got overbooked and we had to wait a while before we actually went in… it seemed to be just a one day issue cause the other days were fine. Also, putting relaxing music while the massage is happening would increase the relaxing experience.

My room was fantastic, the service was great and I very much enjoyed my stay! The location was also great! The staff speak good English. 💖 I'd stay with V Hotel Nha Trang again, with no hesitation. They also considered my requests way before my arrival, as I wasn't sure if their rooms had a bath or shower. I understood they had both, and they ensured to allocate me a room with a bath as requested.

The TVs, unfortunately, aren't smart TVs. Therefore, if I wanted to chill in my room, I had to stick with local channels that didn't have much to offer. I wish Netflix was available. Also, the breakfast wasn't as continental as I expected. However, it still offered a nice breakfast for my stay.

Location is walkable to white lotus tower as the city signature and one block from main road along the beach, buffet breakfast is quite variety compared to price we paid just coffee and tea hadn't made by machine but in pots instead. The mirror in room can turn on the white light which is good for lady cosmetic make up and bring the room lighter also.

The shower room is pretty small with limited hanging towel after used for 3 guests, coffee cups are provided only2 sets for triple rooms, not big deal but not make sense, by the way they brought us 1 more set next day due to no maids work night shift
