It was a really enjoyable stay! The staff is super friendly and helpful, they all perfectly speak English and even a bit Russian. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great with a lot to choose and it was different every morning. The location is also good with a lot of stores and cafes nearby.

We enjoyed pretty much everything, though the private beach is a bit too far from the hotel as it’s opposite another hotel of this chain “Vesna”. Of course there is free transfer there and back, but if you want to come back to the hotel earlier, you need to walk for around 20 minutes.

We stayed here for more than a month; we kept extending our stay, so you'll see multiple reviews as it was multiple bookings made through booking.com. Firstly, the size of the room was HUGE. Ample light, great view, and the quality of linen, toiletries is beyond what the best hotels offer. The towels were clean, room included slippers to wear. Next, the breakfast - vast, expansive choices of cooked food, salad, fruits, juices - you name it! Other amenities like gym and pool are absolutely great - quite a lot of equipment in the gym (we used it almost everyday), and pool is clean, has a great view, and you get towels too. We loved our stay here!

Last review of this stay! Even though I've written multiple reviews, I still feel that words don't do justice, or repetition does not make me bored - this hotel is really a great place to stay at in Nha Trang. Food at breakfast, room size, room amenities, quality of bed linen and towels, gym and pool facilities - everything is top-notch here. The staff too is very kind; housekeeping team is lovely and the reception crew is always smiling and ready to help. I'd strongly recommend this hotel if you're coming to Nha Trang! The hotel is very big and our room was on the 24th floor with a great view. It has a swimming pool and a great restaurant. The room had everything needed. And they changed the towels and cleaned the room every day so I liked it a lot. The breakfast was great with a variety of dishes and fruits. The staff was friendly and even though some of them couldn’t speak English perfectly they tried to help every time.

They provide the shuttle bus to the beach of another hotel but it departs only twice in the morning and comes back at 2 or 3 pm which is quite late so we had to walk (it’s about 30 mins away). The first time we wanted to go the car was too crowded so we had to go to the public beach which is also good. But even though you get to the private beach they never have vacant sun loungers ;(.

We stayed at Libra for almost a week and absolutely loved our time here. The rooms are gorgeous, big, airy, are spotless and very modern! The bed and overall setup of the room was to such a high standard. The free breakfast was a wide array of continental, local, regional, and international options, which made breakfast time such a delight! The gym is well equipped, and there's also a pool! The staff is very warm and welcoming, and the hotel also arranges free pick up and drop to a private beach nearby. Its one of the best hotels I've stayed at, and Vietnam is my 48th country, so that says it all!

If you have big groups of guests arriving especially in the night or very early morning, please ask them (or their guide) at the front desk to be polite and silent when on the floors😃 it will help the rest to sleep and nit be disturbed because of noise. That would be great! The hotel beach is quite far away (20 mins walk) . Maybe you can provide towels and people can use paid sun beds on the beach nearby too

Nice stay, very good view from our room of the sea. The staff was helpful with storing bags etc. Breakfast had many options, mostly Asian food but western omelets etc were available as well.

Check out was 12 and at 12:06 they were calling us asking if we were staying another night. I said no we were on our way down in a few moments, just packing up and they had the cleaning people knocking a moment or two later. I understand we were running late but just a few minutes before being harassed twice would have been nicer as it was less than ten minutes late. The pool was cold as it is covered in a lower floor and not in the sun.

We kept extending our stay through booking.com, so you'll see multiple reviews written by me - ALL authentic! In this part of the booking, we had to move to a 'no window' room because the hotel was fully pre-booked. We thought we'll spend most of the day outside, so as not to not feel suffocated in a windowless room. But we were wrong! These rooms too are just as clean, big, beautiful - and the view is not of the sea, but still, there is a window, so really, these rooms should not be called 'no window'. We loved our stay in this room just as we did in the sea view rooms :)

The property is in close proximity of all amenities in the city but at the same time very quiet once inside the building. Very near to the beach. Your are spoiled for choice with massage parlours and convenience stores around the hotel. Non-smoking in the rooms. No pets allowed. Water, towels and other amenities were replenished daily. Breakfast was awesome with a lot of variety catering for most kinds of dietary needs. Gym is functional with one of each major gym equipment like treadmill, elliptical machine etc.

They only do surface cleaning with no vacuuming.

The staff were welcoming and eager to help. Linh and her team were there to answer any questions. The hotel is located in close proximity to the beach, night market and clean massage places! Ideally for recharge. The hotel has a decent gym with a Smith machine and up to 32kg dumbbells you can get a nice workout there. The breakfast consists of a noodle soup, freshly cooked eggs and a selection of European food good enough for me but don't expect a culinary experience. Overall a great stay and I will book again!

The only negative I can think of is that I wasn't allowed to bring my date to the room as the staff said it was too late, maybe allow some flexibility guys 😅
