What i like: central to shopping and other services areas. Walk to beach. Breakfast staff cheerful and helpful, i'd like to mention (ms) Nguyên and (ms) Trân. Breakfast ảrea is kept spotless despite the occasional peak of guests. Top notch breakfast menu with lots of western and traditional options. Our room on the 19th floor is spacious, and serviced very well. The rooftop pool is great after a hot day sightseeing. Some reception staff are more helpful and knowledgeable than others. Advice on tours and attractions is more limited than other hotels we stayed at.

Best staff I've encountered at a vietnam hotel from the front desk to the cleaners. They are cheerful and they always greet you with a smile and are happy to try and converse in english as best their ability. We had their smallest room but it was clean and very quiet with everything you need, tv has some channels in english. Bed is a little hard for me but still had a comfortable sleep, good quality linen. Buffet was better than i was expecting and as good as any of the more expensive 5 star hotels. Location was great, just opposite ab central which seems to be a usual drop location for every hotel shuttle service. Pool was clean and cool and surprisingly was only ever a few people at a time there so was quite spacious with great views. Pool bar great with very reasonable pricing, cocktails 85, beers 40. In house spa service was great as well, got the head treatment. Would stay again. Compliments to all the staff and the management who must be providing a happy workplace.

I had such a lovely stay at Gonsala Hotel in Nha Trang. What stood out the most was how the service was truly centered around the guest experience. Ninh - Van Anh- Nam, every staff member was attentive, thoughtful, and made me feel personally cared for . The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view, which made my mornings even more enjoyable. The rooftop pool bar was a highlight, with breathtaking views over the city and sea. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a wonderful blend of style, comfort, and hospitality.

We were truly impressed with the hotel’s booking process — everything was quick and clear, and the staff were enthusiastic, attentive, and provided detailed consultation. Special thanks to Ms. Anh for always going above and beyond to support, making the experience absolutely exceptional. This was a major plus right from the beginning of our trip. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is really close to restaurants, night market and the beach. We also loved the pool and nice breakfast with lots of selection. Our favourite hotel in Vietnam so far! We will happily stay here again!

Everything was great! Our only minor concern was slow internet in the room but seemed to work well in common areas.

Thank you to the kind and enthusiastic manager for allowing us to check in early and even upgrading us to a luxurious room with a bathtub. Special thanks to the receptionists (Nam, Thong, Ninh) for providing us with many useful travel tips. The location is perfect for all activities, including shopping, beach access, and dining. The breakfast is diverse, and the highlight is the stunning infinity pool. We will definitely come back!

High rise hotel with good facilities. The pool area had a great view out to the ocean. Rooms were large and comfortable. We were in a deluxe double room with a city view. There was a desk and chair and an armchair. Location was great,close to the beach with plenty of good coffee places and restaurants nearby.

I was not too big on the breakfast As I felt the coffee cups were very small And the omelet could of been made better But over all was good I did not like that I was not able to order the ribs as they looked awesome And we ran out of time to get them . Next time

This is a beautiful hotel with a rooftop pool in an excellent location! We loved our stay although we were only in Nha Trang for two nights, it was perfect for what we needed. The staff were so friendly, especially Tien and V.Anh on reception. I received a surprise cake because it was my birthday! The care and attention of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the pool and the location makes this a fantastic hotel. Highly recommend!

A really modern hotel. Super clean and the rooms are really spacious. The staff were helpful, the rooms were well serviced and the outdoor pool and buffet breakfast were amazing. The hotel was close to the beach, malls, restaurants, and many massage places. We loved staying here and would come back again! The manager Ninh helped us with anything we asked and Nam was great with our bags.
