Beds were very comfortable and big, breakfast was delicious- big variety of fresh food and dishes that were changing every day. Location of hotel was good, as it was close to everywhere

I unfortunately had a bad experience when ordering a taxi with the hotel to the airport, the taxi driver didn’t arrive at the expected time (he was late 20min) and then the receptionist had to order another taxi driver. Stressful time. Also our room was very dark as the windows are darkened - sun protection foil. And we had to ask for changing the lights in the room, because that’s how dark it was there, (it was changed immediately) when changed it was much better :)

I stayed 8 days and found all the staff excellent at their jobs and happy and friendly. The room was spacious with a fridge, TV, hair dryer, balcony and plenty of storage areas. The water in the bathroom was hot from a small boiler above the bath. WiFi was strong and consistent. Breakfast was served at 6-9 and there were a number of options. Cleaners came every day to resupply the bottled water and to make up and clean the room. Very close to the beach, Restaurants, bars, street food and retail shops.

The pillow. Far too big and I found them uncomfortable. In the end I took the quilt out and used that as a pillow. Buses arrive around 6am to move groups of guests on tours or to other city’s. Some of these guest are totally inconsiderate and shout instead of talking from 5:30 onwards. I would suggest the hotel put long term guests and the bus tours on separate landings if possible. (Not the hotels fault and it didn’t happen every day but it’s a negative)

Clean and comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast, though not a buffet, was good, and they prepared an early meal for our departure. Great location, but no view from the balconies as they face a wall—not an issue for us since we were there just to sleep. There was no hot water the first night, which was inconvenient, though staff resolved it the next day.

The hotel was very quiet, almost empty, so it lacked atmosphere and dining options.

Lovely hotel, great central location but not noisy. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, full English made a nice change. We couldn't believe how cheap it was for that standard. Very impressive.

Very attentive staff, very comfortable beds, and good cleanliness – everything was excellent. Outstanding value for money!

The hotel could use some renovations, and the photos are slightly outdated.

Staff were very good. Breakfast was very good. Location great - easy walk to restaurants, shops and beach. Motorcycle hire company BBS very close by with good bikes.

The bathroom was worn out and room facilities were broken so I moved to 3 different rooms in 1 week. Poor internet speed only 3Mbps. Single glazing meant urban traffic noise could be loud.
