Our villa was spotless 🧼, beautifully decorated 🏡, and had a stunning ocean view 🌊 — waking up to that every morning felt like paradise! 🌞 The breakfast buffet 🍳🥐🍜 was incredible — so many delicious options, both local and international! We especially loved the fresh tropical fruits 🥭🍍 and Vietnamese coffee ☕️😍. The private beach 🏝️ was clean, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing swim or sunbathing 🌤️. Very nice hotel, everything feels modern and new compared to other 5* hotels in Vietnam. I wouldn’t say it’s a 5 star hotel in western standards (lack of very attentive customer service, also the corridors don’t have AC) The breakfast here was excellent, probably the best we had in Vietnam. The one bedroom apartment with a Seaview balcony it’s spacious. It had a kitchen but it was useless. There were no cooking equipments etc. would be nice if it’s provided especially if you stay 5nights..

Useless kitchen, if you can’t use it it’s just a waste of space. The customer service was not 5stars. We forgot a charger in the room and when we came back 2 days later to check they didn’t have it anymore… the lobby is always super busy and chaotic. The swimming pool can be crowded too

Classic 5 star hotel. Grandiose entrance, spacious elevators, well decorated and very thoughtfully planned rooms. Fantastic city views from the 21st floor. Delicious, well prepared breakfast buffet. Swimming pool with sea view. Great facilities. Professional, well educated staff.

The aircon was difficult to adjust to our desired temperature of 25 C. Winds on the 21st floor can be strong if you leave open the balcony door. Breakfast restaurant a bit crowded, sometimes a line of a few people to get a food. No rooftop bar or opportunity to see the view from the top.

I have stayed in many hotels in nhatrang since 6 years ago especially during the long covid period. Strategically located and definitely much better than most hotels around nhatrang. Could've been better if staffs manning essential stations I.e breakfast egg station, maintenance and surely the staff handling customer inquiries could be better train to understand English better. I also feel that rooms should be checked thoroughly before checking in guests such as lights, intercom, curtains etc. Overall very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thumbs up to Quynh the duty manager for being extremely attentive to my feedback.

Low comprehension of the English language and staff overly following sops that may have weaknesses.

Interaction with staff all very friendly and professional especially Tien in the restaurant. Cleaners were quick to react when there was an issue and sorted Immediately. Management responded with a goodwill gesture of fresh fruit to our room.

Hotel tends to cater more for their Asian clientele rather than European guests, but a few fine details could make all the difference for European clientele using the restaurant. For example free bread basket and pesto but lacking any plates to use, also lack of salt pepper and teaspoons was apparent. These are minor things that could be a training for staff for the western market.

The property is amazing - it's right in the middle of everything so great food options nearby and the hotel is quiet because it isn't on the beach but a 5 minute walk to the beach. The hotel is also attached to a mall that has a supermarket and a children's playroom which is super convenient. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and it's so nice being able to book a hotel room that also includes a kitchenette. We didn't need to or want to cook but to have a sink and a place to store our children's snacks and a place for us to wash and sterilise our baby bottles was so important. The hotel is tidy and clean and the staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel! It's also hard to find a hotel with good water temperature and water pressure but this hotel does both perfectly. We loved that there was a kids zone/'kidom' available - it's a room with tables and chairs, actives and toys and space for children to run around just outside the restaurant. Our 2 year old toddler loved going there.

My only complaint is that the mini fridge in the room is set to slightly above room temperature - meaning that the fridge is not cold. Frustrating that we couldn't keep the milk I pumped in the

Highly recommend. Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious bedrooms, especially the master room, which had a large bathtub and loads of storage. Overall, very spacious, clean and high quality apartment. Staff and amenities including pool and gym were amazing. Short 3 Min walk to beach. Shops, restaurants and cafes right on it's doorstep.

Only one thing, wish there were a few more poolside chairs. Otherwise amazing.

We enjoyed the central location and could walk around or get a Grab easily. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom layout worked for a family with a toddler. Decent water pressure. We only stayed a night so we didn’t use the pool or gym although they looked nice. The front desk and service staff are exceptional and incredibly accommodating. We had no issue arranging private transport to the airport with the front desk. The breakfast buffet is amazing and worth every penny. So much variety!

The hotel lobby is grand once you walk in and looks amazing! The hotel and staff there exceeded my expectation with their kindness and services. Especially when my son had gotten sick on our 1st night there, they sent the Nurse Dung up to my room to check on him. They had breakfast delivered to my room because they knew i wasn't able to go down to the restaurant to eat. Room was cleaned every day & waters topped up each day with new ones. I couldn't thank them enough for being so thoughtful & kind. I wouldn't stay anywhere else but the Melia if i ever visit Nha Trang again.
