The room is modern, clean, comfortable, there is a pool on the roof of the hotel, but the bar was not working. Breakfast is delicious and was enough for me. Staff are polite and friendly. The hotel is located near the sea, so you can leave your car or motorcycle near the hotel and just walk around Nha Trang. The room was quite quiet. This is very important because if you take another hotel near the sea, then in the morning most likely people who do gymnastics and listen to music will not let you sleep.

The windows of my room overlooked another building, so it was not entirely comfortable for me when someone was looking at my window. That's why I used curtains but to be honest I like it when the window is always open.

Nice location in the centre of town, front road is not as busy compare to others. Gym facilities is a plus although it’s small. Rented a scooter from the hotel to visit places so that save me lots of hassle

Wall is thin, you can hear your neighbours talking/watching tv early in the morning or at late night. Hygiene might be an issue, there are cockroaches at the pool area :( Most staff can’t speak English so get your translator app ready

My stay at this hotel was overall decent, but there were a few drawbacks. The room was very small, and in my case, the window didn’t fully close. When it was windy, I had to fall asleep to a loud whistling sound, which was quite uncomfortable. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist. Breakfasts were delicious, and housekeeping was frequent. However, cleanliness wasn’t perfect—there was black mold in the bathroom, which was disappointing. The hotel has a lounge on the top floor, which is a great spot to relax or work. There’s also a rooftop pool, but it seems more for aesthetics than for actual use. The location is great, with the beach nearby and plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, it’s a mixed experience—some great aspects, but also a few issues that could be improved.

The hotel was defiantly amazing! As a person travelling for the last 7 months around the globe, I was in the beginning a little bit sceptic due to other reviews. But once arrived, we were really amazed with this Hotel. We were living in one of the highest floors had a spectacular view on the seaside including the beach! What we appreciate most is the amazing stuff of this place. We once forgot a sun hat on the roof terrace and when we came back it was gone. We talked with the reception about this and their only question they had at what time we left there. They went true all CTV cam recordings to figure out where our hat was and returned it to us the next morning! This is absolutely amazing! About the breakfast, I can say, that it's a typical South-East-Asian breakfast. But they also offer additional fresh omelet, fried eggs and fruits. So for all travellers from Germany it will be make yourself a traditional Butterbrot, but you man make yourself a sweet toast with butter and jam there. The rooftop with the small pool, bar and bistro where you can get a snack until 09:30 / 21:30, the gym & sauna in the 20th floor with Sea view are definitely a highlight! Also, there are two supermarkets less than 200 meters away. The hotel is located 8 minutes by walk from the beach. I can definitely recommend the Zenia Boutique Hotel, this is also the reason why we extended our stay for an additional week here!

The room was nice, tidy and filled with light. The stuff came to clean up every day. Also the receprionist helped to rent a bike for a day (which was old and asked for a repair, but it`s another story). The location is good, too! Close to the sea, coffee shops, pho bo spots and other places you`d need in a trip. They`d also give you a free coupon for a sauna, which is nice.

The breakfast was okay. If you like to eat rice or noodles in the morning, you might enjoy it. I seeked for yogurt or sth sweet and there was nothing as such. The coffee with a condenced milk was good tho. The AC was placed in the ceiling (not on the wall as usual) and blew right at the bed, which made me sleep in the hoody. You`d say that we could simply make it warmer or turn it off, but it`s really hot there without it. Mb we did sth wrong but that`s what happened. The pool seemed a bit untidy, so didn`t get to swim. Other things are super good.

Great location and team friendly and willing to help you. Solved all my request and my stay more comfortable, changed room from noisy neighbors and provided late check out option for free. Minimalistic design and modern hotel, worth the money and easy access to the beach. Have gym, sauna, pool on the roof , amazing view on the beach and landscape. Simple breakfast, cleaning daily, good balance for the price

Some rooms need renovations, but others rooms are ok, staff are trying to help and do their best. Use translator to help yourself with communication, be just kind and patience with not everyone speaking good english

Great location. Comfortable stay. Lots of breakfast options. Cool rooftop bar and pool! Staff very lovely!!! We had an overnight bus that arrived at 9am, and they allowed us to check in at that time which was amazing!! A great cafe next door which is perfect for relaxing in!

They play loud party music during breakfast which is a shock to the system... maybe bring headphones to breakfast if you are hungover haha. Rooms are a little small for backpackers to spread their belongings everywhere. Be aware that the gym is not private and leads straight to the elevator so people might stumble across you squatting. These are just minor things related to us, no negativity towards the hotel!

I wonder if this is center control as I faced the same issue in my previous stay in different room, 2.TV not working again for my room at 11th floor . It happened same issue for my previous room at 10th floor. Finally I asked the maintenance to check and the tv was changed to another one which has fixed the cable connection issue. 3.Noisy if people talk loudly at the corridor near the lift

The place was very clean and neat for the price. We stayed there just for a night for the early flight next morning. The room was obviously not big but for the price it was good! The staffs were very nice too, being so helful and kind.

The place was kind of hard find even though we used the address that was given in the info and taking a grab. Also the window in the bathroom was open and it was quite hard to close so even when we closed the bathroom door, the noise from outside still could be heard. Luckily, we were on a quite high floor so it was bearable.
