Beautifully appointed 5 star hotel in Nha Trang.  Great location close to beach, shops and restaurants.  Fabulous friendly staff who genuinely couldn't do enough to make the stay special.  Independently run with pride that shines through.   We had Club Rooms which were huge and very comfortable.   Everything about the hotel oozed quality.   Breakfast buffet had to be seen to be believed with amazing choice.   We stayed over Christmas and the hotel was beautifully decorated.    We loved it and would highly recommend. 

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are nice, the rooms are clean, the location is excellent and the breakfast is very good.

As a word of warning, and of course this is not the hotel’s fault, we did get robbed on the street outside the hotel when walking back from the beach at night. People hang around looking for lost looking tourists. We were accosted by two women on a bike, I managed to hold on to my bag but they took my husband’s wallet, emptied the cash and then threw it back at him. They were very forceful. It happened on the last night, so it didn’t ruin the trip too much, but please be aware as it feel very safe in the day but very unsafe at night.

For a very picky super taster and foodie, the food here exceeded my expectations, particularly the in-room dining speed and the Vietnamese food on the menu. My partner and I (both of us born and raised Vietnamese) ended up ordering in-room dining with Vietnamese food several days in a row and loved it. The room is always in great condition and the staff is friendly. Location is very central and easy to get to the main beach. Also very easy to get to the Sailing Club if your goal is to do a scuba diving trip with the Sailing Club Divers like we did.

The staff should probably not bug the guests around 5pm every day. Woke me up from my naps!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for you, every single one of them. You really do get 5 star service here. The pool table on the rooftop is great too as we were very unlucky with the weather during our stay so this was a welcome distraction! Location is great too, you are right in the middle of everything with easy access to the beach and the hotel has free beds on the beach for guests with towels and umbrellas which is a great touch - you do have to have nerves of steel crossing the road to get to the beach though! It’s a shame the beach isn’t looked after a bit better as there’s a lot of rubbish on it which is a little heartbreaking as it’s a beautiful stretch of beach but that’s nothing to do with the hotel itself that’s a broader issue in Nha Trang.

We had a few hiccups at the beginning where our room had no natural daylight and some issues with our meal in the restaurant but both were sorted immediately and the staff could not have been more apologetic and willing to get the problems resolved. They were truly wonderful and we had an amazing stay overall.

Gorgeous hotel in a very center of town, close to everything …spa, food, stuff - all are there and cater for your every need. Highly recommended

Beautiful hotel - everything worked out and lovely. The staff were also excellent and really made it a wonderful stay. Had a massage and try spa is lovely to. Everyone there was great and helpful, especially Dat and Pham and another guy - Cheam? Really appreciated everything and couldn’t have been happier south my stay.

Pretty hard not to enjoy your time at this wonderful. hotel. Staff were amazing, rooms were exceptionally good and breakfast was first class. We used the beach umbrellas and chairs for two days and was only a short walk to get down there. Overall, we had a tremendous stay at Potique and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Very hard to find any negatives. The only thing we noticed was there were few sun lounges around the rooftop pool but a small issue.

Amazing breakfast choices, good rooftop pool with great views. Also a pool table on the roof, along with the bar. the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and there is always a smile on their face.

A few mistakes with alcohol ordering and general enquiries but that is my fault for not speaking Vietnamese. Too many people expect everyone to speak English.

Exceptionally clean and elegant room with quality bedding. Staff always pleasant and greeted us with warm smiles. Location was within walking distance to many sites we wanted to explore. Provided excellent choices of nearby restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Very clean, good location, nice staff especially in breakfast restaurant: the hostess remembered my tea order unprompted from the day before: astounding! Breakfast menu selection vast; need a week to try all the options!
