I spent six absolutely memorable nights at this hotel, and can't praise the excellence of the service offered enough. The manager, Laura, demonstrates a remarkable professionalism and friendliness that make the experience unique. Her sense of welcome, her availability and her ability to anticipate customer needs are quite simply exceptional. The entire staff shares this same positive energy: every member of the team is exemplary in his or her cordiality, always ready to help with a smile and impressive efficiency. The hotel itself is impeccable: the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the layout and lighting are subtly thought out. The breakfast is incredibly varied and extremely tasty. But it's really the humanity and dedication of Laura and her team that make all the difference. From the first floor to the charming rooftop pool, everything is perfect. I warmly recommend it and can't wait to go back!

Our room on the 10th floor has lovely views of the city and beach, loads of natural light from the windows. The WiFi is strong here as well, with good Internet speed. Beds large and comfortable. Breakfast is definitely above average with plenty of options and variety, my only issue is certain guests are not smart enough to avoid coughing all over the buffet when taking food, very disgusting, however this is not the hotels fault. We also encountered guests smoking in the corridors despite clear signs saying no smoking, maybe remove the bins with sand in the lids as this might encourage smoking? Location wise, it's in the middle of everything, plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars all within seconds of the hotel, also the beach is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. The hotel does have its own loungers at the beach (we hardly saw them used by other guests) , but they are on the back row, not a problem for us but if you want loungers on the front row you'll have to pay. Staff are always very friendly, smiling and welcoming. On our last day, they started very noisy construct work on a building opposite the hotel, so we were woken up at 7AM, not the hotels fault but something to bear in mind. In my opinion this hotel is great value for money and I would happily visit again.

Only single room key on first day, but was remedied on day 2. Staff were amazing, with special thanks to Nhu, at the front desk. She wanted to know about any issues/concerns and addressed them promptly (such as the bed!) Hair conditioner provided. There was a scale in the room! A/C seemed slow (sometimes barely felt airflow), but it actually worked VERY well, and was extremely quiet. When we were there, laundry was included (1 kg per day)! Location is only a couple blocks to the beach (hotel has its own beach area with chairs, etc!).

Bed was SOFT enough, but not very comfortable on the first night. Our “King” was just two twins pushed together (not uncommon), but without a proper topper that would make it feel more of a true “king”. Only 2 small bottles of water provided daily. Larger bottles of water were provided at a very reasonable cost. Great rooftop pool, but it closed quite early (6 pm).

Excellent value for money, we got this for a bargain price (not sure if it was an early offer) It was very clean, modern, breakfast was great. Asian style breakfast plus choice of eggs, cereal, waffles, fruit and cake. Pool was lovely, only 4 loungers but this wasn’t an issue for us. The guy on the beds at the beach was lovely and it was only a short walk. Great location for the beach and nightlife. We couldn’t get a late checkout but was able to use the beach sun beds and the pool until we were ready to leave at 6pm.

The staff were very polite, the room was very comfortable, good views and bright. It was really good to have a bath instead of just a shower. Room was clean. I booked a room with a double bed and when I arrived I was given twin beds I explained what I had booked they apologised and moved me straight away to a junior suite with a double bed. I extended my stay twice. You can have your room cleaned everyday and clean towels and fresh water. The rooftop swimming pool was lovely. Good WiFi

the personnel was very friendly and helpful when needed. the view of the room and pool on roof was beautiful as well.

two families checked in next door three days before we left and they were so noisy! i could even hear them when we were all in each other’s room. also didn’t like how the bathroom didn’t have any locks on them, it was just a slide door. sometimes when i went in the bathroom, the water in the toilet smelled very bad for some reasons. the room was also not so spacious as i initially thought and there were only few sockets in the room. there was also a safety vault in the room which stopped working on the third day and would only open after multiple tries.

The team at Le’s Cham were so helpful for our first visit to Nha Trang. Nothing for them was too hard, the rooms were beautiful, cool, clean and beds were super comfy! Not to mention the pool and the beautiful massage in house!! 100% Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! We will definitely be returning!

We loved the location...in relation to price was a few interesting blocks to the beach 5 minute walk. Also had local markets nearby selling all kinds of fascinating fresh produce! Loads of local restaurants to eat at. Most of all the service staff were extremely helpful especially by Khan and Nahn. Thank you all so much for our stay. We are flashpacker style travellers and never stay 5 star but this defintely felt like 4 star property to us. If this is you it should work for you as well. 😊

Only mprovement I could suggest is yoghurt and honey to the buffet. But there was enough to get me started for the day.... And I've put weight on since coming to Vietnam anyway!!😉

The location was great, Nha Trang beach and night market were 7-10 mins away via walking. Everything was nearby the hotel and easily accessible by foot....food/drinks/spa/market/convenience store. Staff were very friendly, room was cleaned daily, I was able to speak to someone via Line Chat which was great! They helped setup airport taxi for me, accommodated my stay by having all the 3 rooms we booked on the same floor, and we got offered 1kg of free laundry daily per room which made it even more convenient to stay at Le's Cham. The hotel has a very easily visible sign which made it easy to find. They also had a scale which we could borrow to weigh our luggage's. We hope to stay there again!

I wish the swimming pool was heated on those cold/cloudy days we had in Nha Trang. Otherwise there isn't anything which we did not like at Le's Cham.
