The rooms are well equipped, everything you need is there. I arrived late in the evening, but it wasn't a problem to check in and the staff at reception were very nice, even if their English wasn't great. The location is good, you can reach shops and the beach quickly on foot.

The room seemed a bit old-fashioned, I don't know if it was the cleaning products, but the bathroom smelled a bit musty. The shelf in the shower was broken down so I had to put my soap on the floor, which I didn't like. The 'walls' of the bathroom are just panes of glass. This didn't bother me because I was traveling alone, but if I were traveling with my partner or someone else, I would like more privacy.

Beautiful hotel in city centre. Good room at cheap price. Convenient location near shops, spa and Restaurant. Rooftop pool is cool. The girls at reception are very welcoming and helpful too

The hotel was in great location. The staff was excellent. I wasn’t happy with my room at first and I had option to change rooms. Air / con sS great in my changed room . The service was great . cleaners was 10/10 came every day. And early which was great as I excercise every morning came back room cleaned. Pool and gym was sufficient if you wanted to use it. Breakfast smelt great but never actually had break. People spoke to said was great.

There was some noisy customers banging shouting early hours . The WiFi needs upgrading as drops out quite a lot . Did speak to reception but there English was good enough to understand. All staff need speak more English. Air conditioning in first room wasn’t great . They need to upgrade clean air con much regularly more.

Beautiful floor to roof window with view. Room was very clean, spacious and kept in good condition. Staff was polite and nice. Great, central location albeit a little noisy with karaoke late at night. Overall, amazing value for price.

Fridge wouldn’t stay cool. One day I took the stairs because the elevator was busy and noticed that fire safety isn’t cared for at this hotel. The staircase was basically blocked with furniture and other items.

The hotel is close to the city center but it is located in a quiet area which is really good. The noises from the outside don’t bother. The staff is friendly and helpful!

Really modern hotel, everything is clean and well kept, it’s really quite cheap for the standard and location of it It’s only a couple of minutes walk straight up the main road to the beach / seafront and there are restaurants all around it

There was nothing I disliked about this place, I’ve actually stayed here twice before so knew what I was getting

Good location, close to variety of foods, massages, and everything tourist related, rooftop pool was nice and had a nice view of the water and of the mountains, and the staff was super helpful as they helped us figure out our proper bus location for our next trip

Enjoyed my stay at the Ivy Hotel excellent location a very short stroll to the beach and the city centre. Surrounded by all you require in terms of restaurants, cafes, spars etc. Spacious clean rooms, a great breakfast. Charming very helpful staff. Great value for money, highly recommended.

As advertised, tidy and well maintained with a great view of the city. No street noise on the 11th floor. Quick and easy check. Room had everything to needed.

The large bed was two small beds pushed together, so there was a crack in the middle. The duvet that they use is an odd shape, didn’t quite cover the bed.
