This is in the same building as the Intercontinental residences and next door to the Intercontinental Hotel - both of which are significantly more expensive. Big rooms with everything you need - very comfy - could stay here for a long time if required. Location is great 50m to shopping mall for example and right on the beach. This is great value for what you get and a high standard of rooms.

View was limited of the beach, you can see it through the gap in this building and the Intercontinental hotel next door. You can see the mountains looking the other way which was great though.

We were welcomed by friendly helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure we had everything needed in the apartment for self catering (Many rent for space and then eat out). The spacious 2 bedroom 7th floor apartment has great sea views with the beach across the street. There are 2 supermarkets in shopping malls nearby (Winmart and Lotte Mart) plus ABC Bakery. It is situated in the heart of Nha Trang beach strip with restaurants, shops and night markets a short walk away. The gym has a reasonable range of equipment but was never busy so a family of 4 was able to use it. The pool has views over the beach with 10 sun loungers.

For a large 2 bedroom apartment disappointed only 1 bathroom. (We knew when we booked). The residences are split between Inter Continental and Costa which share the pool and beach (Hotel at front has another much better pool and facilities). The pool and beach are staffed by Inter Continental staff who treat Costa residences as second class citizens. I had to make a complaint to the helpful Costa desk manager to get a brown Costa towel, which was very poor service by Inter Continental!

What a grand appartement! A lot of space, there are all the things we need in a luxury appartement. All staffs are helpful, the food from restaurants are tasty. We love to book again if we come back to Nha Trang.

There are 2 king beds in our appartement (2 bedrooms) but we did not know that, in description only 1 bed, that's why i booked an extra single bed.

Enormous and comfortable apartment in a great beachfront location, well kitted-out with pretty much everything you could need for your stay. Very kind and helpful staff were always there when needed. Booking.com rate was very good value: I would book again at that price — repeatedly.

Artefacts from an earlier guest suggested a rushed service prior to occupancy — but the suite was so big my sympathies tend to be with the poor cleaner who has to turn it in two hours. WiFi was frustratingly slow and coverage weak - although they do provide an Ethernet connection in the master bedroom which is always a plus.

Everything was great but the location although good was not perfect. Staff were very friendly, gym and pool are super. Close to the night market and Lotte mart.

You have to walk around the front to get to the back street. Apartment furnishings were a bit dated but overall still great (albeit no cutlery/dishes to use).

The location is very central and convenient. The room is super big and clean.

The process is quite cumbersome in terms of credit card payment. Additional deposit is required. Even though deposit is returned after the stay, I find it quite cumbersome.

Large 2-bedroom apartment with stunning sea views. Also has dedicated beach chairs and umbrella area for residents. Also has washing machine and the morning sun can dry washed clothes in a couple of hours.

Swimming pool had no view and was small. However, we spent most of the time at the beach so it didn’t matter.

The hotel require physical cards only, what is a bit inconvenient if you use virtual ones.

The bedroom with glass doors is not soundproof so you can hear dancing from downstairs. Because below hotel is the bar. Can affect sleep when going to bed early. .

Exceptional beautiful front beach views, great service, clean and close to food and shops. Would definitely stay again when we're in Nha Trang 😊👍
