I love the way we was welcome when arriving, the helpfulness of staff at lobby. They are very nice. Thank you.

- All swimming jacket was torn. You can see in my attached picture. Though, they still could be used but they should be reported and replace as soon as possible - There wasn't have safeguard at swimming pool. =>THE SAFETY MUST BE YOUR MOST CONCERN. - Service at restaurant is quite slow. It may hotel lack of staffs at restaurant. I had wait my cappuccino more than 20mins. - Staffs didn't pro-active for clearing dishes at table during breakfast. I had to ask every time, that make me feel like I am annoying guest.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast. Arrived early on check in day and allowed to use the facilities and shuttle before room was ready. Thought that breakfast could have been complimentary as well as it doesn't cost them anything, it's a buffet breakfast. There is no amenities around to buy water or a drink or snacks, so you depend entirely on the resorts inflated drink prices. Gym is just OK, could have had better equipment considering the hotel is sort of new. Beautiful pool and "beach" area. There is no access to the sea, but they seem to have a shuttle to a beach in Nha Trang.

Such a beautiful stay at Boma resort! We stayed in the ocean front room and the view was awesome! The hotel is brand new, so clean and such great service and details! Arrival cake and drink in the fridge, handmade chocolates of a night time. Breakfast had such a great selection! Service was excellent. Such a gorgeous view looking over the city

Little bit far from the city, however this was a positive also as it was so quiet and still only 10 minute drive in.

Well-maintained and beautiful resort with friendly staff who spoke good English by Vietnamese standards and made a real effort to make your stay extra pleasant. It’s beautifully located by the sea with a view of Nha Trang, which is a short taxi ride away. The pool is great, the lifeguard is friendly, and overall, it’s a very nice resort with excellent value for money.

What I didn't like was that at the kids' club, which looked nice, there was no staff to supervise the children. Usually, in resorts, you can leave your kids at the club while you relax by the pool nearby. Without supervision, a parent needs to stay, which I find less convenient. However, this wasn’t a dealbreaker for me, and I would still recommend this resort to others.

Very nice place, we got there early morning after a sleeper from HCM and they let us relax and use the facilities until check in was ready. The breakfast has lots of options and is pretty good if not outstanding. The bar does a much nicer Pho I'd recommend instead. Spa facilities were good although they don't have flip flops or undergarments that fit anyone that isn't a small person.

The beach is a few km away and the timings of the shuttles aren't great but grab is so cheap so it's only a minor issue.

We loved our stay, the staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. The rooms were amazing, modern and very clean. We had a beautiful ocean and pool view was lovely. Breakfast was great, it had a great mix of Western and Vietnamese food. The chef even made a special breakfast for us on our last few days, this was a nice touch and very tasty. I would highly recommend the Boma for a few days of relaxing it truly is a beautiful resort.

The only thing we found was there is no convenience store close by or walking distance. We had to grab supplies when we caught a taxi into the city. It's not a big deal but we just had to think ahead a little.

The Resort is beautiful, very up to date with a lot of modern facilities example an app, where you can control room service, book room cleaning etc. The view is exceptional, Morning and night. They have put thought into everything, from where the resort is situated to the serving dishes (that I have searched the internet for and can’t find) to how beautiful the gardens are. But the absolute best bit of the resort is the staff, we travel a lot all over the world (not bragging. Just making a point) these staff are the friendliest, helpful, smiling always (sincere looking) they were just the best set of hotel staff we’ve met. I had some names I wrote down and have lost them, I’m so annoyed, but the lady on reception that wears glasses, Duong also on reception, the French gentleman in the restaurant, as well as the 2 ladies who wear glasses in the restaurant, the gentleman at the pool who helped with the cat incident lol, the guys who help you get in and out of cabs and the gentleman who drives the shuttle bus, Honestly I could go on as everyone plays their part. Please don’t change as you make your guest feel very welcome.

There is nothing we didn’t like

The staff were fantastic. The location is a just outside Nha Trang but it’s a perfect place to relax. Nice guests with plenty of space in the pool or on the multiple subbed around the property, the evening bar/restaurant was very relaxed and had fantastic views of the city. Phoung provided us with THE best service. Breakfast was very good,

Perhaps a larger variety on the menu if you intend on eating at the resort for multiple evenings.

Beautiful newly opened resort in best Nha Trang location. Gorgeous layout, smartly designed and very clean and well kept. An amazing example of how great 4 star beats 5 star in terms of product, facilities and service. My new Nha Trang favorite and definitely be back.

There is really nothing I did not like. Rooms and public areas are well planned, equipped, maintained and cleaned. Service was great from arrival to departure and throughout all areas. Maybe to mention: lobby looks a bit sterile- maybe some plants and spatial dividers would add to the look. May add some instagramable features to your beachfront- it’s a gorgeous setting- some subtle branding may drive organic business.

The resort was kept clean with the highest standard. Outdoors, indoors, all really well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times and went the extra mile to deliver good customer service.

For us, our purpose was relaxing and enjoying a calm resort, then the location is perfect. If you still want to go on excursions and visit the temples, churches, etc… you need to have a car or scooter to be more flexible and be able to visit the whole of Nha Trang.
