The hotel is located in a quiet area . It is very pleasant if you compare others in the crowded centre of Nha Trang. During breakfast was variety choice of dishes in good quality.

Unfortunately the location caused that you are convicted for it's restaurants which offers quite good food, but in high price level ( more expensive then in the centre of Nha Trag and even then in Italy or Spain) The beverages are extremely expensive 3 times like in other places . The prices are indicated without tax , you need to add min 13% at the final bill. The price of the hotel is not reasonable.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at Grand Melia Nha Trang. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and I don’t say that lightly. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I will definitely come back, and next time, I’ll bring even more people with me. From now on, every time I stay at another hotel, I’ll expect at least the same level of excellence as the Grand Melia, because it was simply incredible. I would like to give an honorable mention to the amazing team that made this stay so special. A special thanks to Win, Nam Le, Hanh Pham, Khoah Dinh, and Hoang Tran from the reception team, as well as Tuyen Tran from Song Spa and Sugar from the pool service. These are my personal favorites, but I also want to thank the entire staff at Grand Melia. You all contributed to making this stay unforgettable. For a little anecdote, we had originally planned to stay a few days in Cam Ranh, the airport city, at a well-known 5-star hotel (we’ll keep its name anonymous, but it starts with an “R”). To our surprise, the hotel was shockingly dirty. Even the staff seemed astonished by the state of the place. Needless to say, we packed our bags quickly and headed back to Grand Melia for one more night before our flight I will definitely return. See you again soon, Grand Melia! 💕

I would have liked to have had more vegetarian choices, but the quality of the dishes was more than enough for me.

Everything was great! The welcome was very warm! We were completely satisfied and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Truyen, our personal butler, was very courteous and attentive. He looked after needs to make our stay a very pleasant one. Also the Restaurant Manager at Natura Ms. Duong Nguyen, who always greeted us warmly every day and looked after our needs. All the staff are extremely friendly, polite and very attentive. Large selection at the breakfast buffet. High quality of all the restaurants. The villas are large, very modern and stylish with a private pool and fantastic sea views. We can only recommend this hotel.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, the room is very clean and spacious, restaurants are good too, also enjoyed the time cycling around, spend a night at the bar and the bartender made us really good quality of bespoke cocktail.

The facilities are not fully equipped since the hotel is newly launched, acceptable but would be even nicer if the private beach is built.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional and very diverse. We enjoyed this part of the day the most. Staff is very attentive and remembers individual preferences after a few days. Service in general is attentive, friendly and supportive. The natura restaurant was very good and had a diverse menu. Spa and massage treatment was very relaxing and professional. We enjoyed that it's still not complete, as we had the beach and onsen for ourselves a lot of times. Construction noise was minimal and only in small areas of the resort.

The Japanese style restaurant did not meet our expectations food wise. The service was perfect though. In general good ingredients but not really authentic creations. Rice was dry and not default as side dish. Tea was premade tea bags instead of leaves, which we would expect at this price point of the restaurant. The chopsticks are not japanese style, tempura could be less batter. The beach security staff had no sun cover and had to sit on the stairs to avoid direct sunlight most of the day. Would recommend to give them a better working environment.

Everything is very new and clean. Room was very spacious and the decor was modern and beautiful. Loved our bathroom and the view of the beach which they kindly upgraded us to. Every team member always greeted us and was always so helpful and polite, the service was exceptional. The buffet breakfast was also great! We enjoyed the free yoga class as well. We have been to Melia in Ho Tram and must say the Gran Melia is next level, really enjoyed our stay here.

Some of the QR codes didn’t match to the actual menu(apparently some changes that weren’t updated online), we went to the restaurant shibui with a dish in mind but their menu had changed and wasn’t updated so we weren’t able to get the dish we wanted which was a shame. QR code menu for pool menu also didn’t match so there was some confusion when ordering. Some teething issues but we would happy to come back here!

My child described this as her HAPPINESS. We really enjoyed our time as Gran Melia NhaTrang and we had a lovely time here. The staff really went an extra mile to make sure we are happy, they are very attentive and paid a lot of attention to their guests. The staff provided even before we ask. Highly recommended. Kid's club was good too, huge and well looked after. We would definitely come back, fingers crossed the service will remain at this level.

Location was a bit far from the city and the hotel might paid a little more attention to online influencers which ruined the experience for other guests.

Great hotel, room is gigantic and has everything one needs to relax and enjoy. Facility is well thought out. Bed is comfy, design is great too. Bfast and food in general is really good. Would def recommend and go back in a heart beat.

Some parts of the resort are under construction. The little artifical lagoons have concrete walls, which feels too rough. Staff is very attentive and helpful and accomodating but sometimes some of them could need a bit more training…but its charming.

We had a lovely villa with Laguna views. All staff were very welcoming and extremely attentive. Amazing breakfast selection and quality of produce. Lunch at Natura and dinner at Shibui was excellent. Same for Spa treatments. Special thanks to Daisy.

There is a huge new skyscraper building right next to the resort villas which takes away a bit of the overall feel.

Level of service, attitude from the staff, presentation, breakfast all excellent; Quality of accommodation is absolutely superb; Special thanks to Yelena (relationship manager) and the catering manager (forgot his name) - great job

The pool is too small and not secluded enough; the concrete walls around the beach are not very appealing the resort is too remote and needs a shuttle to the town
