Television dosent work , and room was dirty

The beach and pool view. The staffing was friendly. My kids enjoy the resort.

There were ants in one of the room. It was crawling all over the table and wall. Someone must have left the sweet out. Each room only came with one key.

The receptionist is a super kind man. He gave us so many advices. The breakfast was very good !

This is an old hotel, it needs a refresh. The ambiance in the restaurant is a little bit « cold ». The staff clean the room during our meal. A lot of noise because of an event.

This resort was very peaceful. The staff were exceptional and very friendly! The food was also delicious!

If you're looking to be away from the hustle and bustle this is the perfect spot however, it's quite a drive to any nearby markets or towns.

Sadly this hotel seems to have degenerated quite a bit. It was probably great at some point in the past, however now everything is old, was not modernized and the details don't look nice anymore. Also the beach area does not make a pleasant impression, it rather looks a bit "dirty". There was also music which was a bit too loud and annoying.

Fridge took two days to get cold, shower with little pressure, no watersports, kids playground rusty and the beach volleyball field full of plants, tv channels bad image no sport channels.

Horrible 'ghost hotel' atmosphere. Almost no other guests at the property. Poolbar was not even set up. Loveless design of the rooms but plenty of space. Breakfast room is a naked hall. Buffet set up, table decoration, flowers, entertainment simply don't exist (as shown on the pictures) Pictures don't match reality!

The staff: not kind. Seem to be angry when you ask for something. Room: the tiles startet to break up for some reason, making noise. Scary experience. Had to run out with a 3 year old. Got new room 10 mts. from the other one, but we could never stay there not knowing what was wrong with the floor. Why it was synking? This was really serious. Checked out 2 days earlier (because there was not a room available far away from the above mentioned) and got no reimbursement even thou it was such serious technical failure in the construction. I mean, when this happen it would be a nice gest to say "sorry for what happened", but the lack of empathy of this guys made me scared. If you are looking for good service, this is not the place you would like to stay in. Booking could not do anything in this case. That's also kind of wired bacause on booking stands that the hotel fullfills quality requirements. Just words believe me. Forniture: old. Water tap was hard to open, old. Shower tap too. Restaurant: caotic. Not a logical system for where things are, like in other hotels. Was not allowed to seat outside and eat breakfast (sunny day and nice tables outside) because those tables were for smookers. Loud music in restaurant plus many people talking. The restaurant is not an open area. Closed local. Door lock system:sometimes you get a key or a card. When we got the second room, the card reader had falled apart. Some guy tryed to fix it and just disappeared without saying anything. He did not fix it. I noticed it and talked to reception to make them aware and I wanted it to be fixed when we came back in the afternoon. We came and it did not work. Had to talk to receptionist in person to make sure somebody would fix the door. Also to make sure they understood. Few speak english. Lot of misunderstandings. We were tired, with small children. Pool area: loud music all the time. You feel watched all the time by the staff.
