We just returned from 5 nights with our family of 6 (couple, 7 year old twins and grandparents). We had 4BR villa with a private pool in the villa section of the resort. The property exceeded our expectations. It's actually huge, but because we were in the villa side (which is not on the main property), it felt very intimate, but we could take a free buggy to the main property (or walk 5 minutes, depending on where your villa is) and use the amenities there if we wanted to. The pros: - Huge property with so many pools. If you have a villa, you have a private pool and there are 2 other big communal pools in the villa property. If you're in the main property, there are at least 4 huge pools that are all connected, so you can find sections that are not crowded. - Breakfast selection was great; IMO too much food. The staff was quick to refill things. - There is a good gym on both properties. - Pools are clean, but there's no chlorine scent. - Staff were so nice. - Location - only a 10 minute drive from the airport. - There is a night market across the street with seafood, BBQ, fruit, smoothies. - The villa bedrooms were big and the beds were so comfortable. We honestly loved everything about our stay and plan to go back.

The property can improve the following things (but they're not in any way negative or detract from the experience): 1. Communication - there are activities happening at the main property, but it's not communicated to the villas at all. It feels more like a lost opportunity. 2. I think the property can do a better job of marketing/selling/communicating all the amenities they have. For example, they have a great rooftop bar where you can have dinner, but guests have to stumble on it on their own. The property doesn't tell you this - again, a lost opportunity.

The hotel is huge and equipped well. The swimming pool is very beautiful as well as the beach. The housekeepers of our Villa was very friendly and sent their greeting every evening. The private BBQ at the villa was also a very impressive experience. We had a great time at our Villa.

We stayed five nights at 5-bedroom villa. The toilet of ground floor was always blocked. We had to call them almost everyday. In addition, there was not enough hot water to take a bath for one person although every room has one beautiful bathtub. The water tank for hot water seems very small. One day, we just tried to fill hot water to only one bathtub and the water turned cold after water level reached 1/3 of bathtub. In addition, the tiles of swimming pool is sharp. Three out of four children got scratches.

Clean and spacious, the villa allocated to us is near the lobby where the cafe for breakfast is, hence it’s convenient. Buggy comes in fast as well. Staff is helpful, polite and friendly. Daily breakfast has alternate day menu, or rather some changes over the span of our stay. But the pho is still the best! Not far from the villa has food street which sells seafood! Great food for supper!

The private pool in our villa needs constant cleaning. We ended up did not utilize our private pool but used the big pool in front of the villa instead.

Good value for money compared to other resorts with expensive villa renting prices. But don't expect a 5 stars service, more a 4 stars equivalent. Highly recommended for families with kids as there are some pools and playgrounds.

A few details not needed to be mentioned :)

A very spacious and comfortable villa with a pool. We have enjoyed the other pools in the complex and also the generous breakfast buffet. All the staff were very nice and courteous.

One of the toilets has been constantly blocked and leaking, otherwise all was great.

The breakfast had a lot of variety food, well presented and of quality

The premises require some improvements namely when taking bath the water comes out to the toilet room as there is no floor separator. Every time someone use the toilet it gets stuck with paper, needing several water flushes, sometimes 4 or more.

Staff was super friendly, super polite and always very helpful. Shuttle bus to and from airport was super convenient and the golf car come in a few minutes after request. The breakfast also had a wide range of food and drinks, coffee was especially amazing. The security was also especially good.

The food at the restaurant for lunch for a little pricey and not worth the money.

The villa in the photo and in reality are different, the Internet does not work well, they were poorly cleaned, although I left tips, the water in the shower does not go well, requires repair of the villa and furniture replacement

Spacious villa, convenient location, buggy service was an added plus, excellant breakfast

Private pool could be cleaner

Staff are very friendly, especially ms. Ha from the restaurant. The swimming pool nearby was great too!

The villa had a kitchen but there was no cutlery and cooking utinsels.
