Really enjoyable stay. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Phuong even lent us her own motorbike.

The hotel itself was decent the rooms were a good size. The bed wasn’t the comfiest we’ve slept in. The strange part was that I think we were the only guest’s in the hotel for the 4 days we spent there. It’s located in a very small town, half way between both big towns and we basically called it a ghost town, slightly strange vibe. But if you want to chill then this is the place for you. The pool is shared and a few minutes walk from the hotel, with not much there, again no one in sight when we went.

The best service ever in Phu Quoc. The receptionist was so lovely,support us a lot! Good service suitable for the price, cannot expect more than that. Provide taxi pickup at Airport with very low price! Forgot my phone on the chair outside! But they kept it for me!!!

Difficult to contact, especially on Booking. If u have special demand, should contact by phone. In a very uncrowded area,the view from balcony was quite scary tbh. Need to ask her how to use warm water,connect TV, it works!

The staff were brilliant. Always available to help. Beach 10 mins walk. Food/night market 5 mins walk. Good prices and diverse.

The receptionist was very nice and helped with everything. You are very lucky to have such staff! The location is good, 8-9 minutes to the beautiful sea.

Some rooms smelled of damp. Our room smelt, but Mom didn't.

The hotel was clean every time, very close to a beautiful beach and the girl at the reception (My Yen) and her friend Sam were absolutely amazing. My Yen helped us with everything we needed, showed us around and made our stay pleasant. She is a very happy little human :)

The people were very nice, friendly and helpful. They helped us find a restaurant and book our transport. The room is big and well equipped.

Pros: The service was exceptional. Close to the beach. Very comfy bed. Clean rooms. Cons: Area lacked restaurants & was far from the city (about 10km)
