The villa was spacious and loved the private pool, and one minute walk to the beach. Nice quiet location and easy to catch transport into the main town and other attractions. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff and appreciated them dropping us off at the local night market, day spa, local shops and restaurants in the buggy, always with a smile 😊 Buffet breakfast had a good selection.

Need to supply glasses, dinner plates and cutlery. Provided a welcome fruit basket but there is no knife to cut it up.

We loved everything about this place: food, pool, free water activities Beeakfast were very good, some big variaty of food Beach is just a min by walk, we also tried paddle and kayak for the first time, and it was free of charge Staff was nice, but not all of them speak english, so you need to use google translate time to time

Lizard in our room There are no utensils or dishes in the room, usually if i stay in the villa with kitchenette, it should include some necessities like utensils, small knife, plates to eat fruits in the villa for example

Villa is clean , pool water in both private pool and public pool are also clean. Bed , pillow are very comfortable Buggy can send me/ pick up us wherever outside the villa where near by Pho in breakfast is wonderful , even better then restaurant outside BBQ steakhouse night is excellent , Trung serve us very well in the night , very warm and nice, even is heavy rain we cannot dine outside , but he set up a very nice table in our villa , it’s really good. seafood are very fresh , especially lobster and scallop , tailor made sauce add credit to the dinner, seafood congee super yummy

It was a great property. Villas were spacious and clean, each bedroom had a bathroom & TV. Private pools were nice, not very big, but great for having some fun with the kids (they also had public pools which were much bigger). Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Our personal butler Ryan was very helpful from the moment we landed in Phu Quoc. We will definitely will be returning to stay at Andochine

Not much really. The only hiccup was that we didn`t know that we had to book the airport shuttle 24 hrs ahead for our return flight, but the taxi ride was cheap and quick, so not a big deal. But this is something the guests should keep in mind and order ahead of time.

The 3 bedroom villa we stayed in for 4 nights was well-appointed, newly renovated, and comfortable to stay in for our 8 person family (2 seniors, 4 adults, 2 young kids). The private pool was great for the kids as it had a slightly shallower area with steps but also great for adults to cool off. We had stayed at the Sheraton up north for a few nights previously and the Andochine villa was much newer and more comfortable. Our kids enjoyed this villa a lot more! We were able to add an extra cot so 2 adults and the 2 kids (5 yo, 8 yo) could sleep comfortably in the master bedroom. Housekeeping set it up very nicely for us. Breakfast was quite good with a decent selection of both western and some local options... covering all the basics of a good breakfast. The resort staff were all very friendly, hospitable and eager to help. They arranged tuktuks to the local shopping area (Sonasea night market), helped with getting taxis, among other things.

The private beach was nice, but a bit small... and there seemed to be quite an amount of broken plastic pieces in the sand. Possibly due to it being peak season, and the housekeeping staff being overwhelmed... they seemed to have trouble replacing the correct number of towels everyday. We were always short and needed to call and ask for the correct number of bath towels. This was a minor inconvenience, but a bit annoying nonetheless. Also, the water pressure and hot water in our villa was a bit weak... so we had to make sure we all took turns with only one shower going at a time. With 8 people having to wash off pool or ocean water... it was rather inconvenient.

We are a family of 8 and stayed in a 4 bedroom 2 storey villa with private pool about 100m from the beach. Absolutely brilliant resort in all aspects. Staff are professional, very helpful and very proficient. Villa was modern, ultra clean and extremely comfortable. Bistro which included full buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner was 5 star. Pools, beach activities and program activities were great and covered all ages. The sunsets each night are sublime to watch on the beach or from the pool. We had individual staff who chauffeured us and guided us to all the best things to do (thank you Hanna). This was our best family holiday ever and will be back every year from now on. Best resort on Phu Quoc and 5 gold stars. We would not go anywhere else.

Nothing - everything was perfect for us. We loved staying there and will be back every year. The staff are absolutely wonderful, very helpful and always trying to serve.

We came as a group of friends and had a wonderful stay. We booked the BBQ service which was set up right at our villa. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Although it rained for two days and we couldn’t do much outdoors, the villa had more than enough space for all of us to relax and enjoy our time together indoors. A special shout-out to Mia, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was always looking out for us, sharing useful information, and making sure we had everything we needed.

Pros: Beautiful location. Pool is excellent. Breakfast at the cafe is delicious. Staff are polite caring and ever helpful. There is a buggy service if you need to go to the nearby restaurants and night market. Airport pick up and drop is there. Beach is beautiful to look at. But not the best for swimming. I prefer north beaches for that. Con: It's in a sleepy area. Not much activity around, although there are some restaurants and a small night market around. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

The staff was friendly although many of them didn’t understand English. Breakfast was good.

Too dark to stay outside after the sunset. The beds were not comfortable. There was a kitchen but had to pay $50/day to use it.

Loved having a private pool. The villa was immaculate and cleaned daily. Beautiful maintained gardens.

That the pool bar wasn’t open. It was advertised afternoon tea daily however it was only offered Monday Wednesday and Friday. Wasn’t an issue but maybe an update on booking site would be great. Also could do with a knife in the kitchen. The welcome fruit was lovely however there was no knife in the kitchen to cut up the mango or passion fruit.
