Room with sea view and over looking the Seashells Hotel as mine has a terrace where it is connected by the side door and you can sip coffee and enjoy the sea breeze. It is an alternative to the 5 stars hotel but at a fraction of the price. The bed is the king size not queen as it is not stated anywhere neither is the inaccurate picture shown. Like the staff Miss Lin Bi Quan who is always friendly and helpful to answer any queries. There is a lift provided. Location is good about 200 meters to night market and near to Dinh Cau Temple where the scenery is really beautiful. Air conditioned Green bus (see photo) number 17 and 19 shuttle between Airport and Grand World is provided free. So you can board any of these buses just outside the hotel to go Grand World or Airport without paying. Even if you want to shop at KingKong Mart, you can take these buses. If you want to buy souvenirs, remember Kingkong Mart is the one as the price is fixed and reasonable not at those night market shops where you need to bargain.

1) Internet is slow. At times it is disconnected. 2) Hotel entrance hidden in the maze. Outside the road, there is no signage to show direction. If you arrived first time, you won't be able to find. Must enter from the side of Tom House next to their stairway. 3) Now nothing to do with hotel, the food in the vicinity is really expensive especially their seafoods and worse still at almost all the restaurants in the night markets due to tourist traps. In fact Grand World restaurants are still cheaper than at the night market. Further away from the night market, the food then becomes local price. The only cheap item is the Massage and the prices can be dropped further to lure you.

Lovely clean property, helpful friendly owners, upgraded us to lovely views and central to night market, restaurants and beach.

Initially it was a little difficult to find as it is accessed from an alley, but locals know where it is when asked.

It’s fairly new and everything works as it should. The staff are amazingly attentive, helpful and friendly. The ladies dealt with hiring a motorbike for me, no dramas. I would recommend this place to anyone. A small beach 100 metres away. Very clean and comfortable. Well done to the ladies, two on reception and the housekeeping lady.🙏😇😎

There was no faults at all, everything was cool.

Location was good - short walk to night markets. Good places close by to eat both cheap and more upmarket. Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable. Air-conditioning was cold and shower had the best hot water & pressure that we've ever had in SE Asia.

The hotel next door had thumping music most nights. I know it's not this hotel's fault but something to take into consideration - earplugs helped. Also aircon & fridge power is disconnected when you leave the room.

Best hotel we stayed in during our six weeks in Vietnam. The room was massive and so clean, they came in and cleaned it daily. The bedding was clean and fresh and the bathroom was spotless. The shower had good pressure and was hot most of the time. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Such good value for money! The location was good for accessing the town and there were laundry and motorbike rental spots nearby. 100% recommend staying here! Only wish we could have stayed longer.

If you struggle with finding the alleyway, ask the friendly locals on the street and they will show you the way. The alleyway really wasn’t a problem for us and we could drive our bike down there with ease.

Great location just 3 - 4 min walk to the sea shore and night market. Our room had a big terrace with sea view. So it was amazing to sit and enjoy the view. Newly built hotel. All things in room were in good condition. Beds very comfortable/ bathroom was small but manageable

No bell boy to handle luggage. The hotel was not marked properly, it is through a small ally which was not visible. The hotel should put some board / hoarding for easy access. Google maps (link provided on booking.com) took us a little further. The lane (walking distance 1 min walk only, as the car cannot enter) going towards the hotel is just before the sea shell hotel entry where there are a couple of people sitting (guess they are taxi drivers). This is the best stay I had in vietnam not only in phu quoc … very clean , the staff are so friendly so kind, the room is new and beautifully furnished , bed is confortable takes you to deep sleep.. location is just in front of an amazing beach … I really loved it … it is worth the money and the money not worth it … thank you so much for the staff for your help

No lift at one of the Building. The entrance to the property is narrow & dark without any sign board to lead us to the hotel. But don’t be scared, after you walk through it, you will love the hotel rooms and the staffs

The hotel was quite central so we had easy access to everything we needed: a 5-minute walk to Phu Quoc Night Market; a 2-minute walk to the public beach; laundry services, F&B, and activities were mostly within walking distance. The room was well-equipped and the staff was helpful and welcoming. They helped us book a ride to the airport for only VND 120,000.

The hotel was technically beachfront but it was tucked away in an alley so it might be difficult to find at first. It's best to tell them your arrival time and ask for directions beforehand as the number provided on Booking wasn't reachable - we called at around 2PM but no one answered.
