Very convient location with excellent furniture, good comfy facility, strong wifi and high affordability. Walkable to other town center stores and locations. Amazing bird eye view of Phu Quoc Night Market too. Ease of access to nearby VinBus Line 17 & 19 as well.

A bit too little toothpaste. Receptionist may need to stay at reception more often.

Location is excellent for the night Market and a drink by the river to watch the old junk boats. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely hot walk in shower. There's a cafe next door for a morning coffee. Choose a high floor for a good view. We was in 305 so had a nice view over the market and river.

Communication was non existent when I asked for an airport transfer. But there was someone there waiting for us so don't worry if you don't get a reply. Great spot for a couple of nights at the night Market.

The hotel was very fresh and modern. I had booked another hotel for my visit but when I arrived it was so unmodern and not as the picture so this hotel was a last min booking and since ut was cheaper then my first booking I did not expect so much out of it. But I was so surprised how nice the hotel was and in such a good location! Recommend it!

Location of the hotel was very central. It was just right at the Phu Quoc Night Market if you ever wanted to visit.

The hotel could use a little maintenance and some of the rooms we checked had broken furniture. The room we have stayed in flood the bathroom floor when we had the showering running and no privacy film covered for the bathroom door so you can basically see into the bathroom from the bedroom.

The night market was extremely loud until almost 1 am. Sleep was no good at all. The worst noise is the stall holders with the paint scrapers hitting the steel like a drum all night. It was terrible. It is only a few stall holders doing it. I think 4. It is hotels like your company that suffer from these greedy people. If I return I cannot stay at your hotel again on this alone. It was unbelievable that this is allowed to take place. The local fishermen with families close by must hate it too. For the businesses in your location it would be advised to get some sort of help from the government to stop this. Because it is not drawing people into the area, it is driving them out.

The location was perfect. Clean and strategically located at the night market street. We were located on a high floor so we didn’t hear any noise from the market. Convenient. The help desk lady named Ms. Tran Thi Khanh Vy was kind and helpful despite the language barrier.

The lobby was quite hot and humid upon check-in even with the extra cooler fan. Air-con should be installed.

The Empire Hotel is in the Night Market, very close to the Harbour. Lots of cafe bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

Stayed 6 nights in the Executive Suite on the 7th floor. Lift only went to 6th so there was no lift noise, no noisy neighbours. Views over the Dương Đông River, the harbour and the Gulf of Thailand from the balcony were excellent. Location in the middle of the night markets could not be better. And around the night markets there were more eating options. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Only one lift which was a little slow and sometimes problematic.

the bathroom was spacious and the shower was one of the best and strongest showers in vietnam. our room window was covered by my photo, so it was dark in the room.

our bedroom window was covered by a plastic photo that made the room dark. the window was in the bathroom.
