Hospitality of the couple who were the owners were awesome. They made us feel very comfortable and answered all our questions with patience. Location is very good. Hardly 5 mins walk to main road from were you can catch free vin bus and travel to most of the places in phu quoc. Lots of restaurants, cafés and pubs nearby. There are also 3 Indian hotels closeby

Our first budget room we booked was not great (very loud and the bathroom had holes where water was leaking through as well as an open grate window (I assume for air flow) but was actually really loud and smelly from outside. It also had no natural light - just a window to a corridor. The owner kindly upgraded us for free for our final two nights without asking or complaining about this room. I would advise on booking the nicer/higher priced room with the view for here as this completely changed our stay and was lovely, spacious and clean!! They were also very friendly, even despite our language barrier.

As stated above - don’t book the cheapest room!

Comfort: Common areas and room are not spacious but comfortable and enough for stay. My sister and my mum three of us share a triple room, it might be too tight for big size room mates xD. Beds are comfortable 5. $$: Great value! Got a lot more than we paid. 6. Location: Our room has direct seaview. Hotel located at centre of main town, free Vinbus bus stop (free bus rides to most of the attractions) is just 2 mins walk which is really convenient for us! Though the hotel is not is quiet because it is not directly at the main road :) 7. Breakfast Buffet: Loves the variety and the quality of food! Can compare to the standard of the good Vietnamese restaurant out there!

The only problem we have with the room is the floor trap outlet at the shower area, the outlet clogged very easily every time we shower. And the water will spilt all over the bathroom.

Giving this hotel a 10 based on value for money! Honestly such a nice little place to stay in Phu Quoc. About 10 minutes walk to the night markets etc, 10 minutes the other way to some lovely restaurants. Bus stop at the end of the street for the free VinWonders bus which takes you to a few different places around the island. The lady that was hosting us was so nice and friendly. She upgraded us to a better room on arrival. Room cleaned, fresh water and towels every day. There's filtered water at reception you can fill your bottle with and an ice cold fridge in the room to keep it cool! Good and quiet aircon too which. The shower in the bathroom is also great. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is just up the hill from the FREE airport bus stop so very easy to get to even with luggage. It is on a road with no traffic so very quiet. A/C works and is not to noise. Beds are way softer than other places we have stayed in Vietnam. Has a fridge that works even without the key in the slot unlike other places. It is in walking distance to places to eat and rent a scooter For us it was a great place to stay as we took a scooter each day to explore. We felt that it was good value for our money. We used it as a base for sleeping and suggest that you take a room facing the front as it has more windows. The lady that runs the place does not speak English but is very good with Google Translate. She also did washing for us. I rate the place a 10 for Asia as it ticket all boxes.

Hosts are super warm and helpful. I went to dinner with a raining night, hosts reminded us to bring unbrella. Another day I bought a box of durian and host told me the price should actually be, so I didn't get scam. The location of hotel is convenient, 1 - 2 minutes to main road and there is free vinbus to get around the city/airport. Down the road there is beach, you can swim, or buy a drink, sit and see the sunset.

Hosts cannot speak english, expect to communicate via google translate.

Great value for money! The location is perfect, easy to explore the area on foot or with motorbike (motorbike rental is right outside the hotel and very cheap). The owner lady was very kind, caring and helpful. We’ve even got a room upgrade for free and prolonging our stay was super easy to arrange with her. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for budget friendly comfort.

We really loved our stay here! Very nice and helpful staff, despite that they do not speak English, they are always there to help you, give us bottled water and stay hydrated! Room is basic but very clean, they clean the room daily and bring you fresh towels and water. Good value for the money, bed is confortable, AC works perfectly, very close to main turistic area.

Great value for money. A nice big clean room and a good location, short walk to the restaurants. Everything you need. Nice view from the roof.

There’s a drip in bathroom from above, directly where you sit for the toilet. They give you equipment for a hot drink but no mugs. The staff seem nice but no one seemed to speak much English.
