We had a pleasant stay. The room was just as advertised—clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We found the location convenient; it’s on a quiet street, just a few meters from the free bus stop, and even within walking distance of the city center, just as we had hoped. Without a doubt, the most important highlight for us was the warm and attentive service from the staff. They were always kind and helpful, and one of them even assisted us in resolving an issue with our tickets. If we return to Phu Quoc in the future, we would definitely choose this place again. In Vietnam this was the cleanest room Ingot so far. The bed was comfortable, room facilities were nice and relatively modern. I used laundry service which was fast and good (40k/kg). Check-in and check-out was fast, neighbourhood was not noisy. Location: I was aware where I am going so I was fine the I need to walk 15 minutes to the city which is totally fine for me. In exchange the beaches here are way better than in the city. +++ I highly recommend the massage salon next to the hotel. It's not as busy and shady looking then the ones on the mainroad. The place was clean and comfortable with subtle music, fresh fruits and little surprises. I'm so glad I went there. +++ Nguyen specialty café is also great next to the hotel. They have various types of coffee beans although nobody speaks English so I chose randomly.

I had some struggle turning on and off the A/C but maybe it's just me.

I totally enjoyed my stay at Rosa hotel. The staff and manager were very helpful. They made me feel right at home. They also assisted with every other service I wanted like to order taxi, book tours and take great pictures. I travelled solo and was really concerned about how my stay will be but they put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I 100% recommend Rosa Hotel. Their customer service is really good. Don’t forget to try the coffee shop right next to it. (This is not a sponsored post / PR but my true experience.

This is a very nice hotel for the price. It was an amazing value. It's a good location, easy to walk out to the main street of the town. The receptionist was friendly and a lovely person. They had my laundry done for a very low price and it was an amazing job. The room was large and clean with a nice view. Good Wifi. There are two coffee shops right next door.

The bottom sheet needs to be bigger. It is too small to tuck under the mattress so part of the mattress cover is showing. It looked clean, but I have severe allergies to dust mites so this caused me to have an allergy attack.

Everything! The most important part - the lovely and warm staff that help you with whatever you might need and really made our vacation better with their kindness. Thank you! It was very clean (daily cleaning provided and we really appreciate that the cleaning was made after we left the room, no matter what hour), big and comfortable bed, close to the beach and the night market, it was on a secondary street so there was no noise.

Nothing - it was perfect for us.

The room is super clean and new, the staff is very young, supportive and easy to talk. They have a milktea store right beside and will discount 15% if you stay there. Position is super convenient since it’s close to the center, easy to go shopping (night market) or try local food around. I have a wonderful time here and will come back for sure in future if i go to Phu Quoc again.

Located 5-7 minutes walk away from the public part of Long beach. The staff was great, clean room and nice sea side view. Quality coffee shop next to the hotel. Very close to the night market.

Sometimes it was not possible to sit at the balcony at night because of strong trash smell(they collect trash from street in the evening). This has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

The location was very good, short walk to the restaurants and bars and the beach.The room had a nice relaxing feel, the bed was comfy and the room was cleaned everyday. It was nice to have a balcony with a seaview. The staff at the hotel were friendly. The hotel does not have a swimming pool or restaurant, but I think this should be a 3 star hotel instead if a 2 star hotel.

Noisy guests, not the hotels fault. The table on the balcony was wobbly.

Everything about this small boutique type hotel. The reception staff are exceptional and very helpful. Loi and Huyen in particular were very helpful and both with exceptional people skills and should be considered as an asset to the hotel. Beds are very comfortable and room facilities are no less than what you would find in a 4/5 star hotel.

Very nice small hotel. My room was spacious, sea view and sunset from my balcony was unforgetable. Location was great, hundred meters from bus stop and very close to the beach. Reception staff were very kind and helpfull. I have 27 days long stay and staff made me feel at home. Thank you
