We were on the top floor in the 2 bedroom apartment, the view of the sea is stunning - also, not too high up that you feel disconnected from life on the street. Staff have been wonderful & it's a really good location 24/7 supermarket a couple of doors down, lots of places to eat & drink, also only a 10 minute walk to the night market or pier and 500m straight across the road you can access a beach.

The living space in the apartment would have benefitted from some soft lamps, chilling in the evening with spotlights on is a bit harsh. A pull out rain/sun on the balcony would have been useful too.

We stays at 8th floor, yet we had a massive cockroach in our room. The aircon didn’t manage to cool off the room. It was way too warm.

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel during my stay in Vietnam. I returned to Gaia as my first visit exceeded my expectations. As mentioned in my previous review, my room was very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, spacious shower, good airconditioning. The staff was extremely helpful (especially Courtney). The location of the hotel is very convenient, walking distance to the night market or the beach. The breakfast was quite rich with also local dishes. I rented a scooter through the hotel and I had a problem with the lock and could not use it for the first evening. While the agency (which collaborates with the hotel) refused to give me discount, the hotel decided to discount me as an acknowledgment of the inconvenience this caused to me (I highly appreciated it).

We booked here last minute and are so glad we did. We even tried to extend but they were full sadly. Lovely and clean, good bathrooms with warm showers. Location is good, right near lovely beach bar with loungers/bean bags and lots of nice restaurants etc. There is a free Shuttle bus which is really handy for getting around. Highly recommended!

Nothing to fault. Just to note there are no free sun loungers with this hotel on the beach but you can rent them from Aloha for very cheap or use their bean bags for free.

Great location in the heart of the city. Plenty choice for different kinds of food and drink in a minute walk. The night market is nearby and only pay less than a dollar by taxi to go there. A fantastic beach is just in front of the hotel and you can spend half day there. Highly recommend a traditional Vietnamese restaurant that we walk in 3 minutes to there. Lastly, the breakfast in the hotel must be a bonus for our wonderful stay.

The location, the sea view, super nice and helpful employees.

There was mould on the walls, and on the floor below the windows there was a towel to absorb probably rain water or moisture. The self-lock system in my door did not work properly, when I got back to my room twice, the door was half open. I could have been me closing it carelessly, but with the proper self-lock system it wouldn’t happen.

I had a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent—quiet and safe, yet very close to the town centre, restaurants, and nightlife. Staff were friendly and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again.

The room was lovely with a balcony and they decorated it nicely for our 25th wedding anniversary.

The pool was very small and exposed to the main road with taxi drivers waiting on fares all day. The staff didn't speak much English which was a challenge however were friendly. We stayed 3 nights and the first 2 breakfasts were limited as no information provided other than observing what one other table was having. The last day, there were more guests and a full display of breakfast. Quite disappointing (even though we understand they don't want to overcook food, a menu would have helped). No hot water for first 2 days, then only late on the last day.The beach is close by, however, you get the impression that it's private use only.

Good sized rooms with a sitting area by the window where we could relax and enjoy our tea in the evening. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was decent and many places around for food and buying the necessary. About 17min walk to the night market. About 15-20min drive to the airport. Public beach was 3min walk across the street.
