We family 4 member and stayed 2 night , overall look good , convivence with many food restaurant and 20 min from airport , staffs friendly , large family room with clean, we'll stay again if we travel Phu quoc island .

I loved the rooms and the pool view. Surprised as hotel upgraded our rooms to pool view. Pool was simply awesome. Breakfast was good although limited. Beach was nearby and walking distance Nice resort! Nice restaurants and beach bars nearby. Checking in was fast. Provided hotel slippers

The hotel surroundings were dirty and unpleasant. Indian restaurant nearby but expensive. Satellite tv was not functioning. Could only watch locall channels but mostly in vietnamese. English movies in vietnamese too and without English subtitles Nearby beach was dirty

The staff (housekeeping, the breakfast buffet people, the receptionists, the gardner ,and the pool person) are exceptionally great, friendly, and polite. Now we come to who run this massive ship, Ms. Lee Hong 🇭🇰 the manager: she is kind, caring, polite, and very professional. She makes every guest feel home away from home. By the way, her manners and smiles are the best way to tell us visitors (guests) welcome to Vietnam. Love ❤️ Vietnam. Really thank you: Tahiti Resort

I don't like that I have to leave this island before our visit visa expires.

Location of the hotel was very good, close to restaurants and shops and just 2 min walk to a very nice beach. The rooms were big and had almost everything you need (kettle, small fridge, coffee, tea, water, bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer, beach towels). Daily room cleaning and replenishment. Wifi was very good. Airconditioning was very well positioned and worked perfectly. Breakfast buffet was very diverse, good selection for international guests. Restaurant staff was very friendly. Swimming pool of the resort was big, clean and quiet. We loved the 2 cute kittens playing around swimmingpool area. We went in low season but I can say that we got an excelent deal price vs quality. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

We missed a few things in the room: some place to dry our swimsuita and towels, some furniture on the balcony would have been nice, TV image quality was not good (although it had many international channels). The breakfast was in another building (few minutes walk) probably not ideal if raining outside. The breakfast was until 9:30 although the staff was still bringing food and coffee even close to 9:30. You could stay until around 9:45-10:00. The pool beds were made from wood and did not have any cover for extra comfort. Was quite hard on our back to sit on them, but we got used to them in a couple of days. Last but not least the 3 reception ladies are very kind but they do not understand English very well. For a 4 star hotel this should be improved.

The hotel is well located in the center of the island to visit both the north and south. You can go to the rnight market even on foot. All the services are close by. The beach is just below the hotel. The hotel seems new or recently renovated. Beautiful sea view from the rooms and from the breakfast room on the ninth floor. The pool area is spacious and clean. Ms Hong and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

It's a pity there isn't a small gym.

The hotel located is about 2 km from night market and very easy to access any where in the island. We had 2 big rooms with garden view looks more beautiful than in the images. They supported for early checkin at 10:45 am and late check out till 13:00 due to flight schedule and children in our family without additional cost! Especial thanks Mr Thang who picked up and drove us back airport ! He also introduced lot of valuable information of the island and really support us from first day which we didn’t know what we will do. He made our trip very comfortable. We felt like living in our home! I cant explain enough how good the resort provided to our trip.

Not thing really, just the restaurants in another building not convenient for raining. However they provide fee electronic bus for transferring you if required

Location is great with good restaurants in the near vicinity, breakfast is nice with amazing sea views, large rooms and swimming pool

I was shocked to see that telephone lines are disconnected in the room, locker is broken and there is no reception at hotel. One has to go to other hotel which is 500 metres away for breakfast or any other request. In case of any support required, there is no help available at this property

Booked a bungalow by pool but given a very very small room in the hotel. Don't confuse the resort with the hotel when booking. Once sorted the bungalow was spacious and well positioned near lovely pool. Breakfast was excellent and great egg station.

The confusion with our booking and many others had issues on the day. The fridge did not keep anything cold

Pool seemed like it needed cleaning or filtering a bit more as lots of things on the surface. Check in was confusing as we went to the resort but there was no one there. but the hotel and resort are connected so you have to go to the hotel first and then go to the resort area. It would have been helpful to have this information before coming

A great location near the beach. I ended up being given a room in the hotel rather than the resort. This was great as I ended up with a room with a balcony and ocean views. Staff were friendly but none of them spoke more than a few words of English. The breakfast was great value - a huge choice of dishes from western to local cuisine choices.

Room cleaning often didn’t get done until late afternoon- but wasn’t a great concern
