Toan, the hotel manager was always friendly and available for any questions, concerns and recommendations in the area. He accommodated our request to stay an additional two nights and let us keep our balcony room for the same price. The room was large enough, clean and quiet. The balcony was lovely, and we enjoyed our morning coffee there each day. The hotel is set back off the main road and the beach is a 5 minute walk. Lots of local Vietnamese and international cuisine restaurants nearby.

The host is sooo friendly and helpful. The last day of our vacation, we planed to check out and drive around Phu Quoc one last time before going home. Unfortunately, it rained all day and we couldn't go anywhere. And since our room was booked, the host did his best to arrange another room for us to rest. We are very grateful for that. Highly recomend!

There’s a construction next door so the balcony is quite dusty everyday. But it’s not a big deal. We went out all day, not using it that much. We love sunlight so we’ll still book it in another time.

Amazing stay at Soho Inn!! Originally booked for 8 days, but extended another 6 days because I enjoyed the stay. The owner was so kind and helpful— arranged a 4-island tour, rented out a very reliable motorbike, gave tips on great places to visit, arranged a taxi ride to the airport, and helped me get a little lizard out of my room. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach through Sea Star Resort; close to food and bar options on the beach! The bed and pillows were superiorly comfortable, Aircon worked great, fantastic lighting in the room, tv had a wide variety of channels, acceptable wifi in the room, excellent wifi in the lobby. Loved this hotel and will definitely be staying at Soho Inn if I come back to Phu Quoc!

The owners/managers were so sweet! The best hospitality I've received in Vietnam. Absolutely loved my stay here. The cleaning staff was also very sweet, the rooms were clean and comfy. Great value for money

The way to the beach is full of stray dogs at night and there's no lights there. That's really not the property's fault, just sharing this info for those who need a property close to the beach

Nice hotel, nice owner who speak English, good shower with hot water. No breakfast available. They have also motorbike for rental and can ensure the tours, trips. Please keep your shoes inside the room. They have a policy to take off the shoes at the entrance and possible to leave them outside in the shoe closet. But mine were destroyed by the dog during the night. The owner solved the issue with some compensation, however, when you have expensive shoes or a bit specific as me, it could be a problem.

The location is great. You can take a bus to the airport or Vinpearl. Restaurants with a variety of food are everywhere. It is very quiet, near the beach, and safety. Toan is very nice and helpful. He let us use the kitchen to make dinner. The housekeeping cleaned our room everyday.

My best staying in Phu Quoc ❤️ Very comfortable and cozy place. Everything is new and clean, good location, close to the beach and my favourite restaurants. Big plus there’s a kitchen. Also the owner is very nice and helpful.

The room was clean and nice. It was cleaned daily. The owner and his family were really nice people. This is what I liked the most. The owner was very sincer and helpful. First day, he gave me a map of the island with recommendation of what to visit. He speaks English fluently. I rented a motorbike for 150k a day. One of the family members sold me tickets to cable car and safari for better price than the price I would pay by the entrance to those attractions. The beach is literraly 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The beach was clean with a nice sunset.

I have been here few days and I have to say it's really good hotel with the cheap price. The room is clean, good facilities, nice bacolny with nice view, very good position to reach Phu Quoc Night Market, King Kong Mart, good restaurants and the others. Especially the owner is very frienly and support me with his best. I definately come back and introduce to my friends.
