The hotel can get super hot and sunny during the day. No blackout curtains. Also make sure to take care of your belongings. Do not trust the safe in the room. Ideally keep all precious possessions with you if staying at this property.

The breakfast was great - a lot of choice going from fresh fruits, yogurt to eggs, fried rice and Vietnamese hot dish specialties. The location was very nice (close to the centre of the town) and 50m to the beach, though it's sad the hotel didn't have a beach bar itself. The room has a good size (we stayed in a Deluxe Suite with Sea View) and the bed is comfy.

The staff speaks ok English, but it was sometimes a tiny bit difficult to communicate. Small detail but the bathtub didn't have any sort of glass panel or curtain, so the bathroom ended up wet after showering.

The location and the cleaning of the place, really good.

The bed not comfortable at all, so much back pain for the 4 nights that I stayed. The room was very small as well.

The hotel is great, we enjoy it so much during our stay. From the beginning we get an upgraded room with King size bed and sea view. The cleaning was flexible and did a great job. Air conditioning was just perfect if we setup manually in n 22C and minimal speed regardless time of the day. Also breakfast was amazing, so many choices and very good quality. The location is very convenient as well.

The room we rented was located below the restaurant and that’s why we’ve heard from the early morning the scratches of the chairs thom the floor above with high frequency. In addition, the shower was not the most convenient as there was not curtain and water easily leaking tho the room and temperature of the water was contrasting from hot to cold consistently. Nevertheless, we find the point above minor as we get much more than expected.

Good location, facilities and wifi, close to beach, bars & restaurants, friendly & helpful staff (especially Cindy), clean, nice selection buffet breakfast (with cooked eggs), lovely roof & garden pools. We had two rooms over our stay…deluxe double in main hotel building and deluxe room with garden pool view (opt for this one if you can…big with balcony).

Nothing….! Only advice, try to go to breakfast just after 09:00am to avoid people dining before they leave on their day trip tours…..

All the staff was very very friendly and helpful (we needed two rooms closer and they arranged it for us) Breakfast has several options and food is really good. Just a suggestion: add pancakes, waffles, different types of bread, such as wholemeal to the breakfast Very pleasant, very good location, away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything. The rooms were very quiet and very clean. Very good beach (1 minute walking) with excellent massages for a great price and a beach front bar and chairs to relax and have a beer. Lots of restaurants near the hotel (seafood, barbeque, pizza, local food...). Scooter rental is just at the lobby. There is even a hotel driver that will take you anywhere you want and will suggest you nice restaurants. Price/Quality is the best.

Very responsive staff, especially Mrs. Hong. The location is ideal so that the vacation is not boring, both the city and the streets with bars and restaurants are within easy reach. I was very pleased with the small concentration of typical in this word "Russian" tourists, because I had other experiences in Phu Quoc.

Although the hotel has the name "Tahiti BEACH Hotel", the beach is not the best, but it is easily accessible (2 minutes walk).

The Tahiti Beach Hotel exceeded our expectation. The stay was so relaxing and amazing with a beautiful view from our room. The breakfast buffest had a variety of food as well pho and omelet on request. We stayed for 4 days, and there were different breakfast options everyday which was pleasing. The staffs were also very friendly and smiling all the time. The parking space was just a little empty ground by the side of the hotel. The beach was also just a walk down, super clean and they were lots of restaurants/markets around. We enjoyed night strolls as it was super quiet with lesser than 2-3 people by the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would come back!

However the bathub was a little too small and the hotel was hard to find. The were two locations from this hotel and we had to ask around to get to it. But once you get to it, you see the tall building with TAHITI written on it. We were stuck on the other location about 2 km from the hotel and waze was certain that the hotel was there. We found out that it was the old location of the hotel, so if you were to use Maps/Waze, pleas input THE TAHITI HOTEL. The tahiti hotel and beach resort will bring you to the old location.

Staff were so friendly. Drinks and food were amazing. Location is good too. Pool is great. (Tahiti Resort pool next door) Would have rather stayed at the resort over the hotel but we were just there for a night. Definitely the best resort we stayed at during our stay on the island. Much better than the “5 star luxury” hotel (premier residence - accord) on the south of the island.

Squeaky bed. Not a major issue though.
