It is a very nice hotel, sort of an old fashioned with the high celling and specious rooms. So, I would say it is pretty modern but the old fashioned in a good way. Very quiet and comfortable. the staff is well trained, motivated and professional.

The only flow I found is the A/C system. It is a central air system with a thermostat in each room as it is suppose to be. In order to cut off on the electrical bill all thermostats are set to a certain temperature which a guest cannot set below. Thus if it is too hot and uncomfortable you must go to the reception and ask to lower the temperature in your room remotely. They can do that.

WONDERFUL STAY AT AVS HOTEL PHU QUOC! I had the pleasure of staying at AVS Hotel Phu Quoc, and it exceeded all my expectations! The property is excellent, with breath-taking views and a convenient location. The rooms are spacious, warm, and welcoming. But what truly made our stay special was the exceptional staff. They were helpful, hospitable, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special mention to 'Joy' at the reception, who was incredibly helpful in organizing and arranging activities for us. His professionalism and warm hospitality made a huge difference to our stay. The rooftop pool with sunset views was a highlight of our stay. And the huge breakfast spread was amazing. Overall, I loved my stay at AVS Hotel Phu Quoc and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience!

One area for improvement would be the size of the complimentary water bottles. The current size is a bit too small, and increasing it to at least 500ml would be a thoughtful touch for travelers. This would help guests stay hydrated throughout their stay.

I was positively surprised. This hotel was awesome including the stuff as well. A specially “Aries” the supervisor was super friendly and helpful every singular time.I hardly can’t wait to go back again.

An Absolutely Amazing Stay - 10/10! We had the most wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Phu Quoc. The breakfasts were delicious and incredibly varied, offering something for everyone. The staff were exceptionally attentive, kind, and always ready to help with any request. The hotel boasts a stunning view of the sea, which was truly breathtaking. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The large, comfortable bed ensured a great night’s sleep, and the room featured both a bathtub and a shower, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The rooftop pool and bar were a fantastic addition, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. We also tried the massage service at the hotel, and it was excellent—professional and very relaxing. Overall, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Beautiful grand luxurious hotel, huge rooms, very comfortable kingsize beds with feather pillows. Great rooftop pool and bar area ,great breakfast selection, and free airport transfers. What really made our stay was the fabulous staff that took care of our every need with style and grace by far the best service I have received in any of my many travels. The hotel is almost beachfront with a lovely beach bar in front and great restaurants a short stroll away. Taxi, grab cars and tuk tuk wait outside the hotel and transport you wherever you wish to go on the island. We were lucky to be treated to a free massage by very well trained professional spa staff and enjoyed a wonderful complimentary 3 course lunch for 6 people as they wanted a review of the new menu We truely were very spoilt and cannot wait to return to this wonderful hotel.

Loved it all

We had an amazing stay at AVS hotel and honestly it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is modern looking with spacious, clean rooms and and all amenities. It is very close to the beach, and although the hotel does not have its own sunbeds, you can get them at at the Sunset Beach bar if you pay drinks of food (one of our favorite beach bars with a very nice vibe). The location is excellent, close to Duong Dong night market (short drive with grab or 20 min walk) and 2 minutes from the main street where you can find a lot of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was good. Highly recommended.

Everything was fine. Wish we stayed more days here an less at Khem beach.

The room size is comfortable for couples, and the property offers a rooftop swimming pool and bar at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful, guiding on the best times to visit tourist spots, including their closing hours and peak periods. Breakfast was decent, though not as impressive compared to similar hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. Enjoyed the free airport shuttle.

No refilling once it is over in the breakfast buffet. Seeking some understanding of checking out the room 12 PM vs 12:30 PM, although informed about the slightly delayed checkout. Received the call every 5 minutes between 12 PM to 12:30 PM.

Best breakfast I had in my 3 weeks in Vietnam. Excellent choices, fresh food, wide variety of foods from every nation. Fantastic

They don't serve an evening meal, but it was a good prompt to go out and explore and I am glad that I did. Some fabulous little restaurants within a very short walk

Hotel super nice with really clean rooms as it is on photos. They clean rooms everyday. Breakfast was superb with plenty choices every morning and they change something everyday. Hotel stuff was super nice and helpful particularly I want to thank Hotel masseur (you need to try) guys from bar on rooftop girl from restaurant and other stuff. They make your stay exceptional. Really recommend stay here it's 1 min by walk from beach, you have all necessities here, great Breakfast and service. Thank everyone for a grate stay!

Nothing everything was great!

The hotel is really nice, it has a great sky bar and pool with awesome views of the beach and great for watching the sunset. The rooms are also great, comfortable and clean. The staff is helpful and tries their best.

The staff while they try their best, they don’t speak really good english so some detailed questions are a bit hard for them. The breakfast has a huge variety of foods but it lacks a bit more international options. Most of the options are what i would say more for lunch (like grilled chicken, pasta bolognese etc) and also one day i had quite big food poisoning after the breakfast, i dont know what specifically caused it though.
