This resort truly lives up to its name! The beachfront location offers breathtaking sunsets every night. We spent most days relaxing on the beach with cocktails from the Sunset Beach Bar (highly recommend the Dark captain!). Mr. Andy was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging scooter rentals and suggesting delicious local restaurants.

We were looking for a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and Sunset Beach Resort delivered! The beachfront location provided a serene environment with stunning sunsets. The staff was friendly but not intrusive, allowing us to fully enjoy the sunset

Beyond the stunning sunsets, what truly made our stay memorable was the immersive ambiance crafted by the staff and surroundings. Sitting in that cozy corner, surrounded by the sounds of the ocean and the flickering firelight, we felt completely transported. The attention to detail—from the lighting to the music—made the evening feel uniquely special, leaving us with unforgettable memories and a deep appreciation for the experience.

I was happy with the location and how walkable to the facilities nearby especially the spas and simple restaurants. The resort is nicely maintained and cosy. The bar had good entertainment at night. Thanks to the hotel staff who upgraded to the panaromic view of the room.

The bar is running till 1am daily so if you're sensitive to noise/loud music while sleeping .. maybe make a mention at the check in.

What stood out most wasn’t just the beauty of Phu Quoc, but the way the resort made every detail effortless. Staff quietly set the scene each night — a private spot by the shore, cocktails ready right before the sky turned gold, and the perfect rhythm of music and fire to carry us through the evening.

The location is the best thing. Our room faces the ocean, we had a wow moment every morning! Good quality and variety for breakfast. The fire show is nice, make sure to reserve the seats if you want a good view. We use their shuttle service from the airport, impeccable. Would love to come back one day

This trip was all about slowing down together, and the resort gave us exactly that. From waking up to ocean views, to holding hands while watching the sky turn gold, every moment felt special. Andy surprised us with a romantic beachside setup just before the fire dance started — wine, candles, and the sound of waves. We danced under the night sky and felt like we were the only two people on the beach.

Excellent location, fantastic view from the room. This is a proper beachfront hotel. Went straight to the beach after checking in. The staffs are so honest & accommodating. No a single frown or sulky face. The property is kept clean. They kept adding bean bags for guest at the beach. Definitely one of the best in the island. Breakfast spread was good. Good balance of local & western cuisine. I left my Oakley shades behind and they informed me they found it. There’s a couple of restaurants and even a grocery shop within 2minutes of walking.

What made the trip unforgettable was the vibrant atmosphere created by the staff and the local entertainment. Andy went above and beyond by arranging a charming sunset setup at the bar, complete with twinkling string lights and wine, setting the perfect mood. Later, watching the fire dancers perform and joining in the lively dancing with other guests felt like being part of a magical celebration.

Really great location. The beach is only 2 minutes away. It's not crowded. We got a free upgrade and received their nice corner room. The bed, especially the pillows, were good. Nice view. The staff were very kind. However they could improve their English skills.

It's a shame we can't hang our swimwear on the balcony. You get a fine. It's was really hard to dry our clothes. Suggestion: Maybe there could be a drying rack with clips
