This is a wonderful place to stay and excellent value for money! The rooms are a good size and are well equipped. The seating area is an added bonus, and although the bungalows are close together it still felt private when sitting outside and the room fan could reach to help keep it comfortable which was fab. It is in a perfect location for shops, bars, restaurants and of course the beach. And although all this is on your doorstep it is a peaceful and quiet place to stay. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly and can organise pretty much anything for you. We hired a motorbike which was great value and used the money exchange which was very fair. They sorted us a great value taxi to the airport. Although we organised our own diving and snorkelling trips, they offer trips too. There is a well stocked shop and the restaurant is very good and popular so has a nice atmosphere (better for evening meals than breakfast personally). We liked the nearby Garden Friendly House too, but there is so much choice you really are spoiled! Enjoy a mango smoothie at Mojito Bar by the nearest entrance to the beach to the bungalows, they have lovely seating to watch the sunsets! Honestly a wonderful place to stay on Phu Quoc, it has such a good local feel and charm compared to all the holiday complexes around which lack heart and soul in comparison.

As is often the case in SE Asia, the beds were rather hard for us, but a great size. It is a shame you have to keep the curtains shut for privacy, but otherwise it is all fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Beds very comfortable. Good assortment of choices from the breakfast menu. Staff are nice. Very short walk to free bus stop. Short walk to beach. I recommend Regina Pizza which is a one minute walk from the bungalow. It has a basic menu of pizzas and chicken and beef burgers along with thick smoothies but the important point is its prices are very reasonable.

Each bungalow has an on-demand water heater for the shower. Mine never really produced more than warm water even though I dialed it to the max. Rooms are advertised as soundproof. But, really they're not. Because the front of each bungalow is a single pane of glass. But, after about 10 or so it was quiet. Don't linger when going in and out of your bungalow. It's easy for one of the small lizards to enter. Just have a quick look around before sliding open the door.

Decent restaurant with decent prices. Their fresh grilled seafood seemed to be popular also for other bypassers. Breakfast didn't included to my reservation but you can buy it any time with reasonable price, which was perfect for me since I wake up late. Staff is really friendly. They have also small shop with really good prices and you can also rent motorbike. Central location. Very quiet and peaceful.

The mattress was too hard for me, but they did provide extra mattress to top of the old one and then it was good.

The staff are lovely and very caring. Our room was regularly attended to and very clean. We were happy with our stay. They also have a restaurant and were very accommodating to my food requirements, as I have Celiac's disease and have to be gluten free. We had a lovely stay here. It is within walking distance of many amenities within town and not hard to get anywhere from here.

It is down a quiet street, but a little hard for drivers to get it; however, you are close enough to the main road to just walk up to a coffee shop and arrange your pick up from here.

The property is a family run business and everyone was very polite and it felt like being at home. Whenever we needed something, they were always eager to help, as for example when they arranged a private tour at the island (totally recommended). We also liked the proximity to the beach! After a long day of swimming and sunbathing, we could also relax by the pool with a cold coffee. Lastly, what we really enjoyed was dinner at the hotel restaurant, where we could eat every day grilled fresh fish and seafood.

The bungalow terrace and windows are right in front of the path where all the guest go through to their rooms. Easy to socialise when you're sitting outside your bungalow for a coffee or drink, but sometimes you might need more privacy.

Accommodation in a quieter Reception very helpful, bungalows adequately equipped. Rooms clean, bathroom spacious and fully functional. Breakfast is at the reception in the restaurant, where you can eat all day. Choice from the menu, and every evening they grill fish, just like in the surrounding restaurants. The air conditioning in the room is fully functional, quiet. The beds are comfortable and European length (I'm 190 cm tall without a problem). The sea and the beach are about 5 minutes walk away on a flat concrete street, past other apartments. The beach is nice, the sea is clean, and there are several restaurants on the beach.

Nothing we didn't like, we can only recommend it. The noisy guests from the "northern country" and their nature to poison everything around them, the accommodation (or the whole of VietNam) cannot. But it was bearable.... We take only nice experiences from our stay and greet the whole family that runs the accommodation.

All ground floor bungalows in an ambient garden setting. A relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Clean sheets and a good night's sleep. The air con worked well, and two chairs and a table to sit on the porch. Popular restaurant and fresh bbq seafood in the evenings. Good choices for breakfast and fair prices if it's not included in your room rate. It is an easy 5 min walk for a swim in the beautiful ocean. Staff friendly and helpful.

By no means a lot of mosquitoes, but if you are not a fan of a pesky few buzzing round your ears when going to sleep it may pay to have a small can of repellent to clear the room before you retire for the night.

The hotel/restaurant is run by a really hard working, friendly family. The location is perfect, set back from the main road where there are plenty of restaurants and bars, and the other direction it is a short walk on to the beach. The food is brilliant, particularly the bbq. They ordered in a shark steak for me and it was busy every night, we had to wait for a table a couple of times, which is not the case anywhere else we went (I took this as a good sign). Try to get a bungalow slightly set back from the main thoroughfare, as it offers more privacy, numbers 10-15. We booked our excursions direct with the hotel, and they were both cheaper, and better than the competitors on the main strip.

Nothing! We loved it. We're a family of 4, with two young boys. The accommodation is basic, but we expected that and it was very clean.

Exceptional place! Quiet and impeccably clean room with a really comfortable bed. I loved the glass windows and the outside coffee table with the plants. The WIFI was perfect as I managed to work from there without issues The staff went above and beyond by providing me with a table where I could work. They are always helpful when you need something. Then, there is the on-site restaurant with fresh fish every evening and the beach is just beyond the corner. I cannot recommend it enough!

Fantastic location, excellent value for money, really clean. Good, very reasonably priced food at the restaurant:

The woman who runs the restaurant has a bad attitude (trying to kick you off your table even though it’s empty, giving away the table you’ve been promised in front of your eyes as you are waiting for it, twice, and then completely ignoring you and leaving you standing there as she seats others… Not sure if it’s just women travelling alone who get this?) But the other people there totally made up for it. And as that’s the ONLY downside of this place, and everyone else there is just lovely, it doesn’t really matter at all (though they would have got a 9 star had she not been so very rude).
