The location is excellent - right in the central area with many bars and restaurants within walking distance, and with a private beach right in front of the resort. The rooms are very spacious and the higher up ones have nice views. All of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Beach towels are provided at the front desk. Our rooms were suitably clean and were cleaned each day. The breakfast provided is fine - not a huge selection but enough food. Free coffee, tea, and bottled water provided each day in the room. The pool is very nice - large and with clean water, not tasting strongly of salt or chlorine. The private beach has several sunbeds available for use, but not enough for everyone when the property is full. (We often had to wait a bit to get enough sunbeds for our family.)

The resort just needs a little bit more upkeep and care in the rooms for the price. My room had a bit of a funny smell and seemed a bit dated. In addition, there was a mini bar menu pasted on the fridge, but nothing available in the actual fridge. We had small ants in all of our rooms and a small cockroach in one room - I know this happens often in Vietnam, but many other places are able to better manage the bugs. Whenever you leave the room and take the room key out of the wall, the electricity shuts off which includes the fridge, so after a long day out, the items in your fridge are not as cold anymore. The hotel should provide hand towels as well as bath towels, and tissues (Kleenex) in the room for this price.

The hotel has got great staff, I would like to highlight this. In addition, there is a nice private beach here, also breakfasts are pretty good. They have got hot dishes, they cook omelets and scrambled eggs as well, and there is always a lot of fruit to choose from.

The only drawback I can think of is that there are very few sun loungers for such a big hotel. We were there in the off-season, and there weren't enough of them, I can't imagine what happens here during the high season

Beautiful beachfront, nicely built and designed rooms.

Maintenance is lacking. First beachfront bungalow was so filled with mold and mildew I had to ask to move. Second with patio was nice but TV, phone, and safe didn't work. Staff eventually fixed each issue but seemed like one after another. Alleyway from main road to hotel is scary as a solo traveler. Loose dogs living in the abandoned lot across the way. Security for the hotel is unfortunately positioned not in view of the alley.

Great location, right on the beach and just a 2 minute talk to really good restaurants. Room was spacious and breakfast was very good too. We enjoyed our stay!

There weren't enough sun lounges at the beach or pool

A nice bungalow on the beach during off peak season was just what the doctor ordered. Spent a week here just chilling. A few decent restaurants on the same street, a decent beach in front of my bungalow. No license required for the cheap scooter rental out front. I saw reviewers complaining about the breakfast, but it was definitely ok. And if you ask they’ll make you fresh eggs or omelette. It’s def more chill, no one who works there is going to bother you….or offer any extra help or assistance or information. I like being left to my own devices but if you want the staff to really show up for you, they don’t. But then again, it’s off peak season so maybe that means it’s time to chill.

I didn’t dislike anything. Again, the staff is chill. They won’t offer any information or help unless you bug them for it (I didn’t need help). Knowing that the beach was covered in jellyfish would have been handy, and lucky I figured it out on my own. But man, no one mentioned “hey guest, watch out for the murder bugs in the ocean 20ft from your room”. It’s a big old but who cares? I got a cheap bungalow for a week for cheap, so I can handle old.

The rooms are nice and spacious, especially the rooms along the pool and bungallows have amazing tropical feel. The pool is big and kept really clean. The resort serves buffet breakfast with lots of options and is delicious. As we were there in the rainy season, they were not full and it was noce and quiet. Acess to the beach is beautiful but with rainy season, the sea was rough, so we couldn't swim.

Staff is a bit standoffish, laundry very expensive. The resort only serves beakfast, and after thart you can't buy nothing to drink or eat there, which is a shame coz one would love to get a juice or coconot while by the pool. So if you want to drink or eat afet 9.30, head out the the next door beach bar... They should really invest in a fridge with soft drinks and maybe beer so the guest could buy a bavarage while chilling at the pool.

One of our rooms was upgraded to a beach front bungalow and it was stunning. the view the size and comfort of the bed. There is also guys that do massages on the beach for ridiculously cheap price. Just few steps from the hotel there is few great restaurants and some corner shops that you can get your essentials at. On the main street there is plenty of shops and restaurants the nigh market is less than 30 min walk from the property. Breakfast is reasonable and there is good amount of choices.

Beach bar hours are a bit short and they open quite late but this is not a big deal as you can get a drink or 2 at a corner shop that is just few steps away.

Friendly, competent staff. Convenient location near bars, restaurants, beach. I didn't stay in a bungalow, but they look nice. Beach bar is reasonably priced. Bartender was a very nice chap.

My room (Ocean Deluxe?) was a bit dated with some peeling paint, but was otherwise clean, big, and reasonably quiet. AC didn't work my first day (7pm), but luckily it was working when I returned later that night. Can be tough to find a lounger on the beach, but that's not uncommon in that part of Phu Quoc.

The we got the roam just next to private beach, it was super cool, the Breakfast was also great. My friend Mr Kenny was super cool at the front desk and ensured we have everything we need , like getting us car and bike for our trip. We will visit this property for sure again shortly. The property is with a small oasis of flora and big size swimming pool to do few laps and the place is very close to everything, we use to go for night market for dinner... super fresh sea food.... can wait to Visit again
