Gorgeous property in a quiet location off the main road. It’s like a little tropical oasis with the mature plants all around . The bungalows are spacious and well maintained , with housekeeping every day . Even the ones looking onto the pool are really private because of the foliage . Beautiful terrace with seating for 4 people including a swing . The pool area is lovely for both adults and children , with loungers and deck chairs around it. Breakfast was included in my package and was buffet style. There were great choices each day including cold meats and cheeses, hot local dishes , fresh fruit , breads, cereals, jams and sweet cakes . The chef will cook eggs and pancakes fresh for you too. The staff here are great, very friendly and helpful and welcoming . I would highly recommend if you want a little bit of peace , but still be close to activities.

Very good location, very big room in the middle of tropical garden, very quiet allthough the main road is just around the corner, nice swimming-pool, the best buffet-breakfast you can imagine, very helpful and friendly staff.. . Vicinity of small supermarkets and many dining options, a few houndred meters from the beach and bust station for free buses, about 10 min walk from night market...

everything was perfect

The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect. Had a clean pool located close to the family bungalow and the staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.

There were a few minor issues with the room like a broken lock and a blocked shower drain, but they were all fixed very quickly by the staff.

The staff was lovely, they helped us to get to the hospital at midnight. Also the breakfast was excellent. They even prepared breakfast for us for our early flight. Mai Phuong Binh has everything you need in a perfect location.

As the bungalow is in the middle of town, there is some noise from the traffic. Also there is no direct access to the beach, too many private hotels blocking the path.

The family who run this property go above and beyond to make your stay a good one. From check in to check out we had a great stay. The room was clean and tidy, with daily towel change. The breakfast provided an excellent assortment of both Asian and European foods. The location is set just 50 metres from the Main Street, but is very quiet and peaceful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I loved everything about this place: beautiful garden, pool, excellent breakfast, location, clean and comfortable bungalow and first of all the family that runs the place. The owner was so kind and thoughtful, she (Binh)helped me to book excursions and transfer to the airport. I got breakfast box due to early departure. I wish I could spend more than only 4 nights here and that I will be able to come back .

Lovely little bungalows in a nice garden setting. Convenient location in a laneway off the Main Street so easy to access bars and restaurants but nice and quiet within the hotel grounds. Pool was great and the staff were fantastic helping us with all of our needs. We rented motorbikes from the hotel for a very reasonable price and had laundry done. I broke my foot during my time in Phu Quoc and the staff kindly arranged for me to move into a more easily accessible room.

I didn’t have a shower screen door in my bathroom, however my friends did, but not really an issue. Some more sun beds around the pool would be great, but we still enjoyed laying by the pool.

We had a great stay here! The room was comfortable. The property was really nice. The pool was clean and a good temperature. Breakfast was delicious, it was mainly buffet style but they cooked eggs and pancakes fresh. They also had a tea time at 1:30 with tea, juice, and cookies. The staff were kind. The location was good with lots of restaurants around and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

This is my 2nd time staying here. Everything was perfect: the location, staff's helpfulness, morning buffet, the pool, the cleaniness etc. The price here is the best value you can get with the service offered. The only setback is the property is not very close to the public beach, but i don't think that wont be a big problem tbh.

Great cheap little hotel complex, the staff were excellent and the food first rate. Location is perfect as well, Pool was very nice, clean and refreshing

Didn't really like our bungalow, the bed was against a wall, the AC was pretty weak unfortunately. Hotel towels were not great and had seen better days. However you get what you pay for and overall the stay was very pleasant, I would book again but maybe a poolside family bungalow.
