Our rooms were right on the Pool and beach was 20m away. It was perfectly located and we had the best rooms in the whole resort, especially having kids who lived in the pool. The layout of the resort was fantastic. 2 min walk to main shops and restaurants. The staff were amazing. Huge shout out to Mandy at the desk who went over and beyond to help us with ferry tickets and bus tickets after our stay, she even took calls to speak to drivers well after we left. We were so grateful for all of her help. Beach front restaurant, wow. What a beautiful spot and so clean. Everything about our stay was awesome, could not fault it. We will be back!!

Breakfast was very good with a good selection of western and local food. The pool bar ( which also overlooked the beach and sea) provided food all day long including evening menu. Quality was very good with both food and drinks at a reasonable price. Our room was large and nicely appointed with two super king sized beds. Good sized shower room. The staff were wonderful and very friendly,. The pool area is very attractive with plenty of sun beds and bright red umbrellas. The man who looked after the pool area was a delightful gentleman, we loved him. The proximity of the resort to the town is excellent, the resort gates are only a few hundred meters from the main street and there is a Highlands coffee shop directly opposite.

Although the beds were large, which was great for us, the mattresses were very very hard. The shower in our room was very poor, providing only a small amount water, difficult for hair washing. The first impression of the resort is not good , the gate area and frontage needs to be improved.

The location of the hotel was really good and it has fantastic conditions as it is close to the beach and not far from the main street. The breakfast was good and the lunch restaurant was perfect for lunch with good food and a fantastic view of the beach. The pool area was good and very well maintained as was the entire garden at the hotel.

The breakfast room was very worn and in dire need of renovation. The breakfast was good except that there was only a small toaster for two loaves of bread, i.e. one of those you have at home so there was a queue every morning. The staff at the hotel were very nice and service minded except at breakfast where they were quite stressed and actually almost a bit grumpy.

Rooms were lovely, clean & spacious & staff were amazing. Peaceful at nighttime. The gardens were immaculate & everywhere was kept clean & tidy. Clean towels and beach towels providedevery day. Good WiFi & they even had some English movie channels on tv. Some of the communal areas need an upgrade, eg pool toilet area was very old & steps leading to the beach were crumbling. The location was 2minute walk from the Main Street full of bars, restaurants, spa, shops etc & staff were happy to arrange a taxi if you needed to go further afield. Definitely worthy of its 3 star rating

Love this little gem of a place right on the beach. Free airport pick up thank you. Staff are so welcoming and go out of their way to assist. The beach cocktails and food was really good standard for price. Sunsets are amazing. Close to so many amenities in streets, and 5 mins drive from night market, yet quiet at night. Lots of beach bars and massage around. Rooms are basic but clean, fresh, and serviced every day. Pool excellent, large for lots fun

Breakfast is good but could have more cereal options for kids. Coffee local. Hard to find fault with this place as great value rooms for location. Some renovations going on, and some paths to beach need repair. The beach area could have more features so enhance this amazing sunset area(swings/ hammocks/beanbags/ lighting)

The staff was very friendly. The food and breakfast were amazing, we loved the restaurant in front of the beach and the swimming pool was clean

The first day we arrived, the air conditioner was broken but the staff was very nice and changed us the room very quickly

Beautiful location next to the beach. Clean, comfortable room. Good restaurant. The staff went out of their way to help, even helping me with recharging my Vietnamese SIM. Very close to shops and restaurants. 25 minutes walk to the market. Clean beach, free of plastic! The transfer to and from the airport, arranged by Orange Resort takes the stress out of getting a taxi, making it ideal for a first-time visitor to Vietnam. Beds and mattresses very comfortable for us.

More variety at breakfast.

This was a perfect spot for us with 2 young kids. Even though it is in the busy beach area, it doesn't feel like it within the resort at all. So that also means you're close to other restaurants and stores. The pool area was great, and had 2 shallow sections for our young daughter. The garden bungalows were lovely. The staff were very friendly. The raised restaurant platform overlooking the sea was very lovely. Overall it feels like a very well loved resort. Nothing is flashy or overly luxurious but it's a great spot if you don't mind that! I think some of the beach front bungalows look as if they'd recently been refurbished.

The food at the restaurant wasn't great for us but that might be because we have dietary preferences being vegan.

Lovely property, right on the beach, really friendly staff, garden area really well maintained, swimming pool was great. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety, free airport pick up and drop off is a bonus.

We had a room with a garden view "in a building" it isn't clear that this is a 3 storey building and that the 1st and second floor rooms have a seating area but it is inside. Beds were extremely hard, sleeping on the floor may have been softer.
