I recently visited to Hawaii Resort Phu Quoc and was satisfied to discover that the resort's accommodations and amenities had been greatly enhanced from my previous visit. The staff's attention providing and care contributed significantly in establishing a more inviting and pleasant environment for guests. The highlight of my visit was without uncertainty the magnificent beach. The beach bar, which was readily accessible right on the coastline, contributed to the overall atmosphere and established it easy to simply unwind and soak up the sun. The dulcet tones of the waves and the fresh breeze made me believe as though I occupied paradise.

Location was great with a lovely swimming pool. Breakfast was fantastic, rooms very comfortable and clean. We had a Seaview Central Room and wow just amazing for the price.

Staff listen to my complaint about wifi and it was fixed fairly quickly.

Room was a little old but still, every thing works.

The room was a decent size with good storage and a kettle with nice mugs. The bathroom was nice but the lights were bright and needed to be adjusted so I wasn't blinded in the shower or standing at the sink. The bathroom did smell, so when you opened the door after it had been shut for a while, it wasn't that pleasant. The balcony was small and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. There was cigarette ends and it just looked grubby. The best thing about the hotel was the beach and the aloha bar. I would spend a few hours here each day, enjoying a drink on a beanbag. The beer was a reasonable price and I got the best service when Au was working.

Great breakfast buffet with plenty of options, and you get to enjoy it with an amazing ocean view! I stayed in the Queen Deluxe room, and the price was super reasonable for an amazing view. My room had a direct ocean view, which was absolutely crazyy!! you could actually hear the waves from your room, it was that close! The room had everything I needed and was super clean. I checked in at 5am, and the front desk was still able to accommodate me. They have 24-hour service. No sketchy dark alleys here, just a nice resort vibe. Some other hotels had scary paths with dark areas and dogs, so if you're traveling alone, this is definitely the best place to stay. Plus, it’s really close to the airport!

I was accidentally double charged on my credit card, but as soon as I reached out to them, they quickly called to confirm my bank account details and transferred the amount right away.

Could be cleaner and more presentable especially the pool and pool area. There were barely any chairs set up around the pool and the ones there were broken.

My wife had had a fall and arrived to the resort on crutches. The staff couldn't be any more helpful, transport around the resort, to the restaurant, and ice for the swollen foot. Always with a smile.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great location on the beach for sunset, the restaurant serves great food.
