The room was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was helpful at arranging tours and renting a scooter. The lobby was a great place to work, read or chat with other travelers. Fun activities at night.

There were a couple of days where the breakfast was limited to only two of the options. Disappointing but I understand it's perhaps hard to have ingredients on hand for every dish, every day. We stayed in a private room and one of the days during our stay, they ran out of fresh towels. When we came back from being out all day, using our towels from the day before at the pool and beach, we had to then use those for our shower and to clean up. Not ideal when they were to be included in our stay and there's laundry on site. Note that the private rooms don't have a safe but there was a big one behind the front desk.

The breakfast options are not the best specially for vegetarians. Just a simple choice of a continental breakfast would be good like juice, cereals and toast.

The pool is amazing, I think it's one of the prettiest I've been to. Staff very kind, happy, and helpful, the lobby is fantastic with the pool table and darts, board games, standing tables (which I very much appreciate when working because I get tired of being seated). The room is also very comfortable, very dark for a nice sleep, very quiet (except during the afternoons when there's people at the pool, of course if your room is facing the pool), couple of restaurants with local food just 2 minutes walking. Definitely recommend

The room can get very humid, internet sometimes failed a bit in my room during video calls. Literally that's it, not really negative things to say about this place, it's a great hostel and would definitely stay here again.

The hostel was huge! Lots of shared spaces including a gorgeous pool and large bar area with a pool table! The room was also very spacious, beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were also kept very clean and tidy. The staff were really helpful when it came to booking tours and excursions and the hostel is very central so easy to get to explore both the North and South. The breakfast included with our stay was also delicious! You could also use the clothes washing facilities for free which was a great extra and the salt/ coconut coffee was AMAZING!

My only slight criticism of this property is that the showers didn’t have any doors, just a small shower curtain. We went in low season so the bathrooms were never that busy but maybe having an actual door might make guests feel abit more comfortable.

Being wake-up by the cleaning crew that’s starts their job at 9/9:30 lighting up the room speaking load, while the check out is at 11am please let us sleep it’s a peaceful hostel and island where we want to rest and sleep in until the last minute. No Landry service only 2 washing machine that are often busy.

Spotless hostel with lots of comfy seating areas to work or chill, eat or drink or socialise. Lovely pool with sun loungers surrounded by trees and jungle plants.Lovely spacious 8 bed female dorm with big storage lockers.You can rent scooters from the hostel itself for 130,000 VND per day. Central place to stay while exploring the island.Roads are good to drive scooters on.Will definately stay here again 100% and recommend to other travellers.

My wife and I stayed at 9Station Hostel & Bar in Phu Quoc for three nights, and we had a very enjoyable experience. The staff at the reception and the entire team were extremely helpful and approachable. We rented a bike during our stay, and it was a good, safe, and reasonably priced option. Our private room was well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a commendable job with daily cleaning. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay at your hostel. We met wonderful new people and enjoyed sharing our experiences. Thank you for making our visit memorable.

If we had stayed for a longer period, we noticed that the breakfast menu remained the same. However, it was still very good. As a suggestion, it could be nice to introduce more variety options for breakfast to enhance the experience even further. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend your hostel.

I think this hostel gets it just right. It’s social without being party party, cocktails are great, food is good. The beds are like sleeping in a cloud, rooms are spotless, and the showers are hot and powerful. Highly recommended, thank you for making my stay so comfortable ❤️

On my final night I stayed on a ground floor room. I noted it was slightly noisier than the first floor rooms. Nothing major, it wasn’t enough to keep me awake but if you are a light sleeper it may be best to request a room on the higher floor.

We stayed for 3 nights in a private room and overall had a good stay. The room was very comfortable and it was great to have our own space. The communal area is nice, plenty of seating and a good happy hour for drinks. We didn’t use the pool but it looks okay (quite small). Breakfast was also okay, the quality could have been better.

The laundry facilities were confusing, lots of clothes in baskets left nearby with numbers but no information as to whether these were in a queue. Pretty awful quiz night… Nowhere nearby I could recommend for food or coffee (more of a Phu Quoc issue in general)

We had a private room that was nice. Common areas were spacious and nice for hanging. Bar/Kitchen was good (also the breakfast options). Pool was clean and nice area to read and rest. Staff was super helpful when asking help with trips, laundry and stuff. Rooms were cleaned daily and complimentary water was added. Real value for money!

There were some problmems with sewage which caused some bad smell in hallways from time to time. The hostel was clearly working on it, but must say it did affect to experience 😅 Private room did not have any locked box/safetybox for valuables. Some small things like some mold in seams in shower and not enough soundproofing also could be fixed but in my experience these are problems in the most of the hotels/hostels in se asia.
