Swimming pool, quiet & green location, close to main street (although the walking path can be a little scary at night!), friendly helpful staff, room with balcony, cleanliness.

Bathrooms require some upgrades. They are clean but outdated. Air con room device can be loud and may require filter cleaning. Rooms at the end of the corridor are next to the external air con units, and you can hear their noise at night.

We were staying at Azura resort from November 9 till November 23 and it was an excellent and pleasurable experience. From the first minutes of our arrival we were greeted by a welcoming staff who were always very helpful and supportive during all our stay! Especially we are very thankful to a charming girl Chan who assisted us in getting tickets to the attraction park and solving many other issues for us! Her welcoming look and a beaming smile always accompanied us! ❤️as for the hotel service our rooms were cleaned every day and towels were changed on a regular basis! Although in the bathroom you won't find any bath or a shower cabin, just a shower watering can and a drain hole in the floor! But we got used to that feature quickly 🙂 the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a beautiful view on the green trees. The swimming pool is a nice addition to the hotel accomodation! The water was clean and warm! Comfortable to swim being surrounded by green garden trees and bushes! It was always empty. We swam even in the late evenings! However, there was an interesting peculiarity about the hotel - screaming cocks! They screamed both nights and early mornings! Sometimes cocks were accompanied by barking dogs who lived nearby in some shabby building! They were not walking freely, but their barking was annoying! But cocks and dogs are not related to the hotel itself, just some enevitable addition. As for the location of the hotel, it's very close to the downtown with a lot of shops and cafes nearby. Besides, there was a 5 minute walk to the beach 🏖️ the beach was nice with clear water and soft clean sand! And It's 20 min ride on a taxi to get to the airport! Very convenient ☺️ so, if you decided to combine excellent service and affordable price, go to Azura resort and enjoy your holiday!

I had a great experience here and the staff are very helpful and friendly. If you are a family, you will love this place because they love kids.

Very rustic feel. Back to nature. Picked starfruit from the tree on our balcony. Geckos in the bathroom and big snails on front lawn were an extra touch. Alvin loved the snails. Breakfast was cozy and good. Had take out pizza and chicken one night, used dishes and table in dinning area. Nice home feel. Staff was great, small resort not crowded. Easy walk down the alley where many restaurants and a market are.

The beach and the night market are not short walks away. No problem, take a taxi.. Pool needs a ladder to get out. If I was young and strong would not have been an issue.

Fantastic Stay at Azura Resort, Phu Quoc We had a wonderful four-week stay at Azura Resort in Phu Quoc. The location is perfect—just a short stroll to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The resort’s pool area is very relaxing, offering a great place to unwind. The apartment was cleaned daily, and we received fresh towels every day, which made our stay even more comfortable. A huge shoutout to the lovely reception staff, who were always welcoming and helpful, and to the amazing cleaners who kept everything spotless. Their efforts truly made our stay special. I recently stayed at this hotel and was overall very satisfied with my experience. The breakfasts were outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right. The hotel also offers convenient services such as bike rentals, transfer arrangements, and tasty lunches at reasonable prices - comparable to what you'd find elsewhere. The pool was nice, although it could use a bit of maintenance. The staff, however, were top-notch - friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was neither here nor there - not particularly great, but not bad either. The nearby beach was a bit of a letdown, but it's within walking distance. One thing to note is that the alley leading to the main road is poorly lit and has a lot of stray dogs, but it's not a major concern and I felt relatively safe. You just need to be aware of it. My main issues were with the wildlife and insects - there were a lot of mosquitoes and other bugs around, which was a bit of a nuisance. Additionally, the rooms could use a bit of improvement - our shower was broken when we arrived, but the staff fixed it on the same day. There were also some minor issues with cleanliness, such as dusty areas above the lighting fixtures and around the bedside tables. Despite these minor issues, I would still highly recommend this hotel. For the price, it's a great value, and the staff and amenities make up for any shortcomings.

Great location, this resort is center of the island and near the kingkong mart, night market, tour company, air port. we can go to the zoo and south port in 1 hour by taxi.

Night noise (dogs, roosters). You have to walk about 200 meters to the resort from the main road. The majority of taxi drivers drop off passengers 100 meters before the resort because the road to access to the resort is narrow.

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast and swimming pool. Green territory with lots of flowers and fruit trees. The staff is very kind and helpful. You can also rent a motorbike or book an excursion at the hotel. I really enjoyed this place.

The way from the hotel to the beach could be nicer. There are a lot of wild dogs along the way. You also need to cross a big road with traffic, which, of course, has no pedestrian crossing.

We booked this very last minute and we were very pleased with the bungalow for the price we paid. The outdoor bathroom was lovely. The AC/fan in the room worked well. It was useful to have a minifridge to keep water cold. The drinks prices were very acceptable. The pool was a nice size.

On our last day, it was very busy by the pool and all the loungers were occupied. The French doors at the front of the bungalow don't actually lock at all. We felt generally safe but important to note.

Very helpful reception with all tours. Excellent pool for kids. Food made on request anytime.
