Absolutely Amazing Stay at M Hotel Phu Quoc! My experience at M Hotel Phu Quoc was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. And Thao was very helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully designed—modern, clean, and stylish, with breathtaking views of the ocean. The room was spacious and comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. I especially loved waking up to the stunning sea view each morning—it truly felt like a tropical paradise. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Duong Dong, just a short walk to the night market and the beach, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I can’t recommend M Hotel enough. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or just some time to relax and recharge, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This hotel was perfect. Definitely the most upmarket hotel in the town centre area. Its literally a block from the night markets and there is heap of shops and restaurants infront so quite bustling. The hotel itself is quite modern and the pool area is partially undercover but sunset facing so ideal for when the day is a little too hot. We stayed in the ocean facing penthouse suite and had a full length balcony with bath tub. The hotel finishes were very modern and stylish and the room was a good size. Their attention to detail is strong and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Phu Quoc.

The beach infront is a tad small however there is larger beaches within walking distance and the pool is amazing.

The staff were so fantastic and helpful. We were served by Thao, who were accommodating, helped us book our squid fishing tour and gave us helpful advice on what to do in the area. The team were so friendly and professional, I felt comfortable asking for help if I needed anything. The buffet breakfast was also beyond my expectations, with rotating main Vietnamese dishes like Pho everyday. There were also options for vegetarians upon request.

This is a very stylish and comfortable boutique hotel. The decor was perfect, and no corners were cut in giving guests the best. I had a fantastic sea view from my window. Breakfast - an excellent selection of Vietnamese and Western food - was in a relaxed area overlooking the infinity pool and the sea. The pool was the cleanest I've ever swum in. The staff went out of the way to help. It is a calming place to stay, right in the middle of great restaurants, shops, the night market and local tour operators. Couldn't fault it

We loved the Ocean Eyes Suite. The view was breathtaking! The location to the night markets is spot on and the surrounding facilities are great! The morning buffet has a great selection!

It was a little confusing when the kitchen was or wasn't open. The pool closes pretty early at 1900, we like swimming at night especially when it was hot. The food at the restaurant wasn't the greatest, this could have been better.

Location: 15Min from the Airport, Next bei Night-Market with a lot Restaurants around Room: The Room was very modern big with a lot of Space Service: Easy rent a motorbike by the Hotel. Airport-Transfer include (provide Transfer-Time) Pool: The View from the Pool was amazing Staff. Was always friendly and helpful

Beach: The Part of the beach wasn't good for swimming. But we rent a motorbike and drived to some better places.

Lovely place with the perfect location: only a few meters away from the Night Market to enjoy local food, the West side beach to enjoy a romantic sunset. We spent 1 day up North and 1-day tour on 4 islands following the hotel's guidance. They also offered motorbike rental so we could spend the last day driving to the Khem beach and enjoy there (about 30 min driving). We were picked up and dropped off free from/to the airport, which is nice. Everything is clean and smells nice, which is very important for us. Definitely will return in the future

The wifi for TV was not good that we couldn't watch YouTube properly...

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at M Hotel. We had an ocean eyes suite and the view was stunning. The pool is beautifully situated next to the sea and there are some steps down to the beach which isn’t the best swimming spot but quite fun. Very easy to laze away days next to the pool. Really nice staff. Five min walk to the night market. Many thanks!

These didn’t detract from our stay but some suggestions: Perhaps you could be a bit more flexible with your airport shuttle - we didn’t use it as the times didn’t work. But Grab taxis are cheap so no problem. A drinking water dispenser would be good - to save on plastic.

Great location close to night markets and many other food options. Great views over the water. Staff were so friendly and accommodating nothing was too much for them to organise. Amazing room very clean and spacious the bathtub looking out to the water was a highlight. Will stay again on my next visit to phu quoc.

Nothing it was all on point

Everything, from the breakfast to the facilities in the room to the staff, everything was 11/10 points. I would recommend everyone who love a beautiful view + room + super comfy bed and soft pillow to stay here. Also the location, going to Phu Quoc Night Market is only 5 minutes walking. They also have laundry service. They cleaning and folding the clothes for you and they also use super good smelling laundry detergent.
