very stylish and comfortable room. they provide kayak boat and it was a great addition for a stay. if you want to escape from the buzz of the city it’s a great option. there are some local cafes with sea food and fancy restaurants at other resorts. staff is very helpful and kind.

location is far from any town

The bungalows are wonderful, the area is nice and peaceful.

It is just too far from everything. Too peaceful thus for us. There is no breakfast nor dinner at the property which was an issue for us. Taking a taxi to the center can quickly get expensive (we are a family of 4, scooter renting was not an option for us). The people on site do not speak english at all luckily we got some support by phone.

The location and beach front was amazing. The pier, activities, and the cottage as a whole was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Mike and the caretakers there were super friendly and really helpful. They were available at all times. The place was clean and well kept with good amenities. The place also had a kitchenette with an induction, some utensils for cooking and a mini bar.

Of the two bulbs in the washroom, only one was working and the other had low voltage so was mostly off for the 2nd half of the stay

Very sweet and calm stay. Lotus Home is located in a very qualm and quiet area, away from the main city of Phu Quoc. The owner was exeptionally friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help with anything.

Stunning views, beautiful new furnishings, great water pressure and hot water, great air conditioning.

It doesn’t have a restaurant or bar on site. There aren’t any options around it so come prepared to cook.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Waking up to see the sunrise over the ocean and bathing with view on the ocean is really amazing. The staff was very helpful. Through google translate we were able to communicate well.

The property was alright

There was no beach access, only a latter that led into dirty ocean water. The location was pretty remote and far from any beaches and touristy attractions.The lady at the reception was very rude and didn’t speak English apart from ”give me money“ and ”I want passport“ without being welcome in any way nor smiling, making us feel like we invaded her space and weren’t welcome at all. We also rented a scooter that needed to be fixed making driving quite challenging and unsafe. Overall, we decided to move to another location for the remainder of our stay.

The booking was done quickly. I respected the condition of payment in advance without the possibility of refund. The next day, I asked if I could extend my stay for one more day, if I would get a discount. We agreed with the manager on a lower price, which I paid immediately on the spot. The day before departure, I contacted the otherwise idle staff at the translator to give me a receipt for my yesterday's cash payment for my extended stay. They called the manager and he then sent a payment table. He pointed out to me that they hadn't received any money from Booking on the first day I booked on Booking. We agreed that I would check it out and call each other in a moment. So I double-checked that this property still requires prepayment, so I didn't agree with their request to pay for the first day in cash and told them that it was their business between them and Booking. But they closed the door and called the police. They forced me to pay in cash without authorization. So beware of scammers.
