Tam and Phat are very warm people. They always has been helpful. We always could rely on them, if it was for a ride with the electric car or the good advices around our stay (for example the Bus to town or Airport is free) we really enjoyed our stay in this place even ich those nice people around us. We defently will come back

My stay at Valley Village was excellent! I was very impressed by the friendly staff and the incredibly spacious room, complete with a very wide and comfortable bed. Even during the humid rain season, the room's temperature was perfectly fine. The pool was a real highlight; I thoroughly enjoyed floating in it. Breakfast was a delight, and it was a pleasant surprise to be able to request pho, which was both clean and delicious.

The only small drawback was the presence of mosquitos, but the hotel thoughtfully offered a net, and frankly, I wasn't bitten much anyway. A truly enjoyable experience!

It was a great stay with amazing people around, seamless service, and incredibly helpful staff. A perfect getaway from the city—truly a hidden gem surrounded by nature, fresh air, and wildlife. The breakfast was delicious, and the free golf cart rides to the city were super convenient. Extra facilities like massages, yoga, and a beautiful swimming pool were all included at a great price. The accommodation itself was stunning, with spacious bungalows and open-air bathrooms that made the experience unique. Honestly, we couldn’t have found a better place—we’re already missing it! Plus, they offer various tours around the island, which made exploring super easy and stress-free. Highly recommendet♡

It was my first time in Phu Quoc. Chose this hotel because I like the atmosphere of tropics it gives. Everything was nice. Had a bit of troubles with hot water, but it was only one day issue and in a hot country one can handle it :) Lovely staff, clean rooms. You have everything you need. Not right at the beach, but it wasn't an issue for me. An electric tuktuk is available until 22.00 to get you to the main road or the beach. Nice breakfast, provides everything you need. I will definitely come back to Phu Quoc and I will definetely stay in this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely experience ♥️

I had Great time spending here in Valley Village Resort and love it so much! Love the chill and relaxing vibe the jungle location with the nature environment the raw but cool interior design with all the natural materials the caring WhatsApp communication the free yoga class and body massage ... Most importantly, the friendly and helpful staff, especially Quin, Hana and Fat, and the dogs, especially Den, love them very much :)

It would be better and more user-friendly if there's a small rubbish bin in the room, not only toilet and outside. Also, if the water pressure for bathing can be much stronger, it would be perfect!!!!

Staying at Valley Village was truly a treat. Our week-long stay was perfect. The perfect blend of nature, relaxation and life. Perfect location, close to nature, Great location for getting around the island and beach with lidos with wifi and food. Great shuttle service to the bus stop and beach. You have the option to do yoga in the morning. But what made our stay special were the people. The manager and her staff are truly amazing, welcoming. It's like home, very attentive to everyone's needs. Be careful of requests for expressed intolerances. To feel good in this place you need to love nature and its contact with wild animals, sweet good mornings from monkeys

A wonderful, peaceful place that provides everything you need for a relaxing stay. And if something is missing, Quinn is there in no time to take care of it. The breakfast is an absolute highlight: fresh fruit and a variety of warm dishes that change daily, leaving nothing to be desired. Another great perk is the free yoga sessions, which are absolutely amazing. A special mention goes to Dung, an incredibly friendly and helpful staff member who is always ready to drive guests to Main Street. Additionally, motorbikes can be rented at a very reasonable price, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the island. Even when the ATM swallowed my credit card, Quinn came to the rescue and resolved the issue in no time – a true lifesaver! We wish we could have stayed longer, and even two weeks after our visit, we still reminisce about the wonderful time we had at this resort. Despite traveling to many other destinations since then, this place in Phu Quoc remains unforgettable. A heartfelt and sincere thank you for this amazing stay!

All the village is incredible, rooms are so nice and the bathroom open is awesome! The reception is so kind and available for plan any type of trip for you around the island.

We have been to the starfish island under suggestion of the staff. It was a trap for tourists and the starfish are all dead because of the stupid behave of the locals and tourists who touch and grab them to the coast. The staff of the Village should not advice the Starfish Coast anymore.

Beautiful, tranquil place. Delicious breakfast and lovely pool. The staff were super attentive especially the very kind man on reception who picked us up and dropped us off at the main road in his golf cart whenever we wanted! We split our time in Phu Quoc between this place and an isolated beach resort, and we really loved the combo. Valley Village is tucked away in nature but you can get to the shops, nightlife and airport quickly. We left very relaxed!

Not the hotel's fault but staying in nature does mean a few mosquitoes around! But the hotel did a great job of providing the incense coils to keep them away from the lovely porch chairs. And the air conditioning works really well in the rooms so no problem with them in there!

The bungalows in Valley Village are a bit tucked away from the main street with all the big resorts and more touristic places. It was indeed exactly what we were expecting to find; a real hidden gem surrounded by nature to relax for our island getaway. Loved the bungalows, the room, the outdoor bathroom with jungle sounds all around, the pool and also the breakfast every morning. We loved the staff and all the efforts they put into making our stay the best one on the island! We had a nice passion fruit welcome drink upon arrival, where they also helped us renting a scooter right on the spot. They even decorated our room with lights and balloons for my boyfriend’s birthday, and bought him a really delicious birthday cake with his name written on it. Over more they helped us with information about the island and gave us tips and tricks we found very useful. The staff became our friends even though we only stayed 2 nights. Also appreciated the free yoga class in the morning. Would recommend to everyone without hesitation!
