Really nice smallish hotel, probably about 30 rooms in total. Close to the main road and shops / restaurants etc, but set back about 300 metres so no road noise. Which is important in Vietnam. Great comms from the hotel ma ager, Eric, to sort out travel to and from the hotel, easy to talk via what's app and that makes life easier. Nice pool not many loungers, 6 in total, but it never got busy even when the hotel was full in the tet holiday period. There are chairs by the bar as an option if needed anyway. Breakfast was nice, a bit limited at times but if they ran out of anything just ask and they'll refresh. Theres no restaurant on site, just a bar by the pool, but plenty within easy walking distance. Beach is about 15 to 20 minute walk away, and you have to cross a main road. We never used it, but there is a golf buggy that will drop you there if you prefer not to walk and it's free. We had a lovely big pool view room with balcony, perfect as we wanted somewhere to unpack and unwind after a couple of weeks travelling. We would definitely go back if we find ourselves back on the island in the future.

A little bit of noise here and there during the night from local dogs. Enough to wake me a times on the first night, but only occasionally and after that I used ear plugs which solved it. Not the hotels fault anyway and I'd rather that than road noise which can be very bad in Vietnam.

The staff were fantastic and went the extra mile. My children loved all the staff. They were very sad to leave their new friends. I also loved the great family atmosphere. All the staff seemed to care for and respect each other. It was lovely to see. Easy access to town (twenty minute walk (with kids) to King Kong, or a very fast taxi ride. Great pool too.

It was advertised as having a restaurant on site, when it's really only open for the complimentary (tasty) breakfast. Thankfully Grab helped us a lot! Some mould in the rooms.

Everything. It’s like heaven on earth. A beautiful tropical setting for a quiet family vacation. We were 6 adults from 33 to 69yo and one baby 21months old. We rented a villa for 7 nights and were absolutely delighted by the service and quality of this place. Beautiful clean rooms with all amenities, great kitchen, spacious lounge. Great pool area. The breakfast was changing every day offering amazing fresh and delicious options for both sweet and savoury tooth. They have a spa on site where the massages were absolutely great (we did 7 massages) and they were always super helpful offering day tours and taking us places. The beach is only a 5mn walk from the place, as well as everything you need from small shop to restaurants, to nail salon, to hairdresser etc Many thanks to all the lovely staff who were so kind and made our holiday such a great one.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The hotel left only positive impressions. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I want to give special thanks to Mr. Dang — he did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. All issues were resolved quickly and with a smile. Thank you for the warm welcome! I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends.

The staff and rooms were great. We had rooms just in front of the swimming pool - we were very pleased as we spend most of our time there.

It could have been helpful with more information about the free shuttle bus which drives around Phụ Quốc. The nearest and best beach was not in walking distance. It would have been better if the breakfast was served earlier than 7.30 am.

We stayed here for 5 nights and we had a great time, all the staff specially Eric were amazing. Hes very helpful with our daytime activities. It is a quiet and small resort. The swimming pool is not busy, we had the pool most of the time to ourselves. They have a mini bar by the pool, they can make fresh juices, cocktails and order some snacks as well. Their breakfast had a very good selection for asian & western guests. There are restaurants nearby and a mini mart. The location is around 8 mins walk to the main road.Beach is 10 mins by walk, they have a buggy to take you to the beach. It is a gem! Value for money. They have a nice garden too. We highly recommend Nadine resort.

Mosquitoes

Very good location near the main road, but set back enough to be quite and peaceful. Beach, restaurants and shops in the close approximaty. Furthermore we’ve gotten endless help with transportation to any destination, near and far. Everything went absolutely smoothly. The free golf buggy to restaurants and beach was a big help, and worked very promptly. Eric, the manager is a born host with an authentic smile on his face, always. We were taken care of totally, felt absolutely safe and home. We cannot express our gratitude towards his and the staff’s kindness and helpfulness. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, in a nice garden setting, a great pool open for 24 hours, a spa, a nice bar etc. The breakfast buffet was awesome and with lots of variety. We’ve been introduced to some food, we were not familiar with before. Ordering cappuccino from an outside vendor was even available, and Eric even invited us to it one morning! All over, we had a memorable time at this lovely hotel, would recommend it to anybody, also to families with children, and we hopefully return here one day. Thank you so much!😊

We had a wonderful stay at Nadine! The whole place is so incredibly peaceful and serene, the landscaping is beautiful and the pool area is a wonderful place to while away the hours. Wifi was great, the breakfast was wonderful, and the mai thais in the bar very addictive! The location is great being near enough to the town via grab to enjoy the restaurants there, but far enough away to be peaceful. It's a short walk to the beach. From the very start they were wonderfully accommodating of all our requirements including supplying delicious vegan food at breakfast for us. Eric is one of the kindest and gentlest hosts we have experienced on our travels and always went above and beyond for us even when we needed to change our plans very last minute. Thanks so much for the lovely stay! We would wholeheartedly recommend it

I don't think I can express my experience in a way that will do this place justice. I travelled with my elderly parents. The staff helped me place a nice surprise in their room and accommodated my father's medical issue. The staff was very friendly and patient, the rooms were clean, the resort is quiet even though it's in a fairly busy location and the breakfast was the best! We also got massages at the hotel and it was a nice experience. I would like to thank you for this beautiful experience on behalf of my parents.

This hotel is terrific. The staff is charmly friendly and helpful. The territory is very green and nicely designed - one gets a feeling like living in a jungle, but a very civilized jungle - a great source for instagram photos. :) Rooms are large and clean, beds are comfortable and stiff enough, swimming pool is also very good and has a part for kids. Breakfast is abundant and with a decent choice of dishes, each day the set of dishes is different. The hotel is not at the sea shore, but is not far away, 10 minutes by feet and one can get a buggy to and from the beach for free. Big plus of this location is that it is very quiet and one can really relax. One can rent a bike directly at the hotel. Wifi is stable and fast enough to work over the whole territory of the hotel. Will come again next year.

Helmets for the bikes are horrible, please consider getting better ones.
