Had a really lovely relaxing time. The place is beautiful and it’s only a short walk to the main road. I noticed on other reviews some people complained the walk was ‘far’ - trust me, it’s really not (unless you never walk!). Lovely cafes and restaurants close by. Staff are friendly and breakfast is good. Lovely pool and very clean facilities overall. Really enjoyed my stay and recommend booking here! Reminiscing already!

Can’t think of anything!

This is the first place that made us feel soooo incredibly relaxed in Vietnam. Something about the layout allows you to meet other travelers and become connected so fast. The breakfast was amazing and filling. The staff are so sweet and will help you at any time! We needed good wifi and the staff made sure we had a good connection in our room. Do NOT doubt staying here!

Other then the geckos living rent free in our room, absolutely nothing 🤣

A truly awesome place. Attentive and discreet staff. Very good breakfast (buffet + one item from the menu), massage available on site, clean room that was clean daily, good wifi (good enough for remote work). There's also a restaurant open till 10 PM, a laundry service (30k / kg), cooled coconuts for just 25k. Also we've seen in some reviews problem with not closing bathroom windows - which wasn't a problem in the case of our room as the bathroom window could be easily closed. I would surely book again when coming back to Phu Quoc!

Some mosquitos in the resturant around 5 PM (since the restaurant is open air). And there was a gecko in our room which was making noises at night. But those were minor things, outside of the control of the hotel owners.

The resort facility is wonderful with the central pool. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Additional pro: at a walking distance from Long Beach!

- huge pool in the middle of the resort and it looks fantastic - the evironment inside the resort is well maintained, with palms etc. It looks really nice - terrace for each room - clean room and bathroom

- walking to hotel after dark might be tricky as you need to walk further from main road between local's houses - there is only a pancakes or an omelet for breakfast

Place is lovely, better than pictures in my opinion. Rooms are large and very modern but have a relaxing feel to them. Pool is great and there are flowers all around so it puts you in a great mood. Rooms are cleaned daily.

The position is not in a super central area, but if you're ok with that then there's no problem. Breakfast has one free meal and one free drink, if you want more than that you should pay the difference. But the food is good and the amount is ok so it's not a real problem.

It's a beautiful place, the room is spacious, clean, comfortable beds, smart tv, cleaning every day including new towels, they have an amazing pool and a great and friendly staff. I was able to rent a motorbike from them which was very convenient. This place is wonderful for a few days :) and if I'd come back I would stay here again.

The breakfast is a bit simple and only three choices every day, but might be okay for the price (drinks are not included in the breakfast). It's a bit far off and you have to walk about 10 minutes to the beach, but other than that the location is very convenient and close to everything on the island. The staff is super friendly and helpful but communication is a bit difficult since most of them don't speak English, it's manageable thou.

The accommodation was great, nice room with large beds. Breakfast was in an open restaurant right in front of the room. The pool is located in centre and rooms are around. Greenery and palm trees all around. pleasant and idyllic place. There is also the possibility to rent a motorbike, which we of course had.

The window of room was directly opposite the tables of restaurant (three steps far) When we had the curtains drawn, we could see from the tables to the entire room. I would like net curtains that let light in, but you can't see through them. small selection at breakfast, no sweets for coffee. The stench of smoke all around because of the garbage burning. Which is probably the problem of the whole of Vietnam. They don't sort, they burn. plastic and everything that burns. It really spoils the overall impression of the stay.

We stayed here for 1 month and we loved it. The room was clean, nice and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Breakfast included a wide variety of tasty food, and the owners/staff were so friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The hotel is located about a 10 min walk from the beach and there are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars within 10 minutes too. We rented a scooter from the hotel, and we had a problem starting it whilst out and about, but after a phone call to the hotel, and within 5 minutes, they came to help and it was sorted immediately. Fantastic service.

Absolutely nothing. It was a perfect place to stay.
