Hien, the manager will take care of you 🙌🌟🌞 Josh, the owner, will have some beautiful conversations and beers with you ✋️🍻👏🙌🌟🌞( he also will take care of you💕 ) jejeje Both will help you out with wherever you might need during your staying here 💖🙂🤸🙏 The housekeeping girl and one receptionist were always happy and smiling 😃 💃🏾 Rich the cute puppy will bark bite and play with you 🐶 I was there during the low season, so was really calm, but this place it has a unique atmosphere 👌 🙌 🌟 you will love it . 🌞 I will be back for sure one day 🙏 Thanks for all the good vibes and energy ✨️ 🤸🌟🌙

I loved the staff, so friendly and they always were helping with everything. They use to make the people comfortable and push you to explore more. About the space it is very big, they make activities with the people from the hostel and big diners as a family. During the day is a chill place and at night you can have some parties, but if you would like to go to sleep early the instalation are very good to have a good rest. Also everything is very clean and tidy. I'm really happy to have met them.

Well located near beach/bars/restaurant and drinks stalls. The dorm bunks have good privacy curtains, your own personal light and power socket and a shelf which is handy. Lockers are a good size and the room itself is well sized for unpacking/organising your bag. The bar has a pool table and a large common area which was really good too! Staff were very helpful for getting info for where to go and tours on the island.

Showers were often not hot if you were trying to have one at an odd time or you had to wait 10/15mins for them to get hot.

Everything. Especially the vibe. The staff were lovely and very helpful at reception. Spoke fantastic English and provided a well priced scooter to get around the island. Icy cold AC in the rooms. Upstairs was a great communal area to meet cool people and have great chats. It’s a cool old Chinese style building. Really interesting people :) do yourself a favour and stay here

The place itself is great, looks just like the pictures and the location is good. The staff was polite. Good basic breakfast on the top floor (open just a couple of hours a day ) .

However, the place was pretty much empty. I can only assume they have not yet returned to pre covid levels. I would not recommend going as a solo traveler if you are looking for social vibes. The bar on the top floor is currently closed, my room (I got a private room) had no fridge and there was no kitchen as well. Let me add on top of that because I only found out about it once I landed In Phuc Quoc: Grab barely works in the island and when so, just for cars. No Grab Bikes. The overall taxi cost is super high for the Vietnamize Standards as well, so my mobility was not ideal as well as I don´t drive motorbikes... just sharing in case you may found yourself "stuck").

Good location, great staff, the hostel was empty because it was low season and that was really nice. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and A/C in the room was a good thing. The bathroom was ok as well. You have the possibility to rent bikes directly from the reception to visit the island. The city center with the night market isn't too far away. Breakfast included with many options and free beer from 5 to 5:30pm was really nice, especially on the rooftop. Laundry service also available.

Best front office..the decor and location is perfect..scooty rental and free beer in eve and nite time..just 50 meter walks is longest pubs behind towards long beach..mall..mart..perfect stay

I had stayed at dorm room, quiet everybody very polite,, many restaurants and coffee shop , supermarket very convenience.

The toilet not clean and don’t have towels, sheet and duvet like second from guests before that, I don’t see any smile from staff .

A really good value for a travellers budget. A smile always in the reception 😄 Nice and tidy all over And also the sweetest puppy dog 🐶 that makes your stay even happier…if you want. The house uniquely all in all Thanks all of you working here 🤗

The rooms were nicely organized. I also liked the big aesthetic hallway and the two bars! The staff was super friendly :)

Bathrooms were not as pretty. The showers don't work as good. But pretty okay! Especially for the price.
