Position and hotel premises. The breakfast very good and relaxing in the morning. Very good staff, especially the guys of the morning and night shifts.

No one mentioned the fact that right close to the Hotel on the main street, there is the Vinbus free shuttle service from/to the airport!!!! It should be a plus for guests and tourist and not a thing to be hidden to them!

My short stay at AQUASUN was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with the warmest welcome by Mr. Damien. The staff & owner at this hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay an amazing experience, the level of professionalism, attention to detail and friendliness is rare to find. The rooms is absolutely modern and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and should there be something else you need, you just ask them and you will have it delivered to your room immediately. As I mention above, the level of service was impeccable and I just have to mention a few members of them that made my experience extra special, Ms. Linda at reception, Duong at Edenmoon Bar and Mi at buffet breakfast. You can tell that they love their job and really care about their guest. Thanks for an amazing experience.

The location is great. There’s no noise from the busy street but everything is within walking distance, including the shuttle bus. Our view from the room’s balcony over the sea was amazing. Breakfast was good and the room was nice and modern.

There was no sound proofing on the door that would have connected two different hotel rooms. On two nights, we happened to have a neighbour that loved singing in their room in the evening and we could hear every single note and word.

1. Excellent hotel with a great location. It's very close to the airport and right in the middle of the Island from where you can access both Vinwonders and The Cable car plus water park. 2. It's just a 2 min walk to the main road and the activity center. There are nice restaurants, massage parlours and King Kong supermart very close to the hotel. 3. The staff was very sweet and welcoming. Rooms were clean and modern.

Nothing much to complain but if I have to really pick the areas of improvement then: 1. The buffet is lavish but there is hardly anything for vegetarians or vegans. It is disappointing if out of 20-30 items laid out, you only get to eat bread and some fruits. One of their staff did went out of his way to get some veg dishes customised for us but the options were still very limited. I appreciate the gesture though. 2. Secondly (Its not a complain but a suggestion) On birthdays or special occasions a small complimentary cake would feel nice.

Lovely pool, friendly staff especially a huge thanks to the guy working at the swimming pool the past week he was so lovely and helpful and was very particular when serving us our drinks and food, he is great! We couldn’t find him this morning to say thank you…. The housekeeping was great, the breakfast was good. They provided free airport transfer and we paid for a great laundry service.

The only thing we have to say to work on is for room service on the brochure in the room it says food can be ordered and served until 10pm but when we rang for room service on 3 occasions just before 9pm we were told the kitchen was closed. It was not a big issue as we ordered grab food instead (Mexican food was great!!!) but maybe just to change that on the brochure. Also, the gym has 2 good treadmills but it has no air conditioning apart from two small fans which were terrible and the gym is pretty much in the reception.

Lovely staff, very polite and helpful. We had a lovely big room with sea view. The room was cleaned daily. We enjoyed the breakfasts and found there was plenty of choice, cereal, fresh fruit, bread/toast, juice and freshly looked eggs/ omlettes. There was also plenty of choice to suit all nationalities. The rooftop pool only has 10 beds but we never had a problem, even with the hotel busy. The addition of the rooftop bar and facility to dine with beautiful sunset views was fabulous. The hotel is in a good location just a few minutes walk to the beach and the road where you can catch free Vin Bus near John's Tours. Being in the middle of the Island it is good to reach attractions of the North and south.

There was some noise from the road/ people outside the hotel and some noisy neighbours but I guess you have to expect some noise.

it’s a bit dark on the hallway to the room. I think it’s for power saving purpose. The cool couch in the room pic is actually separated 2 parts. my husband fell off with the top cushion part. the floor under the bed was dusty but acceptable with the price as the rest of the room is clean.

Awesome location just by the beach. A lot of amenities around. Good room service from the restaurants downstairs which is a part of the hotel. Very clean, spacious rooms, but we were lucky to get a room on the 8th floor with a lovely view. Friendly, helpful staff, they offered us a free taxi to the airport which was a nice gesture. Breakfast is ok-ish but literally the same thing every day and quality is far from what western guests would expect.

The pool area is disappointing. It’s not well maintained. Only few wooden chairs, really uncomfortable to lay on. Area much smaller and impressive than on the pictures shows. Apart of the nice view on the rooftop it’s rather underwhelming.

The hotel is quite new and my room was impeccably clean. I couldn't find any flaw with it.

I have some feedback regarding the rooftop pool and bar at the hotel. In my opinion, it needs a facelift to make the surroundings more attractive. Currently, it looks too plain with just concrete and tiles. During my three-night stay, I spent close to 700,000 VND on drinks and food at the rooftop pool and bar. I believe that if you create a good vibe and atmosphere, it will make the bar more lively and busy. After all, there is nothing more profitable than selling alcohol and drinks. Although I cannot speak on behalf of other patrons, for me, when choosing a hotel, a pool is one of my priorities.

The property was very close to the beach (walking distance!) and not far from the main road where all the restaurants and shops are located. My room was spacious with a lovely sea view. Everything was exceptional!

If I had to be picky, I’d loved to seen a few more options of equipment at the gym as I used that facility a few times. Good cardio options though!
