Everything was amazing. The room was clean, high-quality daily cleaning. Drinking water, tea and coffee were provided every day. Absolutely all the staff were very friendly and professional. They solved all my problems. Breakfasts were hearty and varied. You can also rent a bike at the hotel for a small fee. The sea is 5-7 minutes on foot (if closer, but there is a paid beach club). The area is good, all entertainment is within easy reach.

The hotel is very well located - close to the beach, and close to the main street with restaurants and the King Kong supermarket. The beds were very comfortable, great service - they even provided early breakfast, as we had to leave for an earlier flight. As the hotel was not right at the seaside, it was nice and quiet in the night (no loud music). However, you could hear people and elevator loudly outside the door, but it seems to be normal for Vietnamese accomodations. Bus stop for the free Vinpearl bus only 100 meters away!

There were no opportunities to dry clothes properly after beach - we had to hang towels around the room. Maybe you could provide a rack for the balcony or the bathroom?

The manager Annie is very helpful and knowledgeable. She found us places like special stores that we wanted to visit. The hotel is just of the main road and close to the beach, about 5 minutes walking. The breakfast is good, with Vietnamese food as well bread rolls and cornflakes and fruit. We could rent a motorbike from the hotel. Towels for the beach are excellent and free. Recomendable

The hotel's location is another major advantage—it’s just a short walk from the beach, close to the main road, but still tucked away in a quiet area where you're shielded from the noise of nightlife. It's a perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, whether you're traveling alone or with family. Highly recommend!

Well presented rooms that are clean and comfortable. The location is off the main road and a few minutes from the main beach entrance. There are beachside bars around the corner. Their laundry service is a good price and quick.

The staff were a bit absent at times, so it was hard to get issues resolved. I asked twice for indoor slippers which didn't get arranged.

This is the best hotel I stayed in Vietnam for 5 years of living and travelling here :) With such a low price it is just a gift! Staff really knows what to do, cleaning of rooms every day (without reminding). I know how it is difficult to find proper staff in Vietnam. So, my congratulations to the owner - he did it :) Yes, this hotel doesn't have their own beach, but it is just in 5 min walk and you can rest wherever you like. Breakfast os really good and they change food every day, so you will mot get bored. Windows of our room were facing back yard, so it was not noisy at all. Highly recommend!

The only minor disadvantage is that there are places on walls affected by rain water. There are not so many and this is such a minor disadvantage, that ot probably doesn't worth mentioning. Especially comparing with all the advantages.

Everything about my stay was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful with great recommendations for activities to do, which you can book through the hotel itself, making it easy. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach and tons of great restaurants/ food near by. The hotel also offered great breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay here again ! Highly recommend.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff are wonderful. Annie at reception is also available to offer taxi services at a reasonable price. The location is awesome. Just 5 min walk to the beach and many good restaurants. Another plus point is the close access to the VINBUS stations. The Vinbus electric busses shuttle you for free around the island. Just hop on at one of the many Vinbus stations.

The breakfast could improve a bit, but the freshly made omelet and ban mi is good!
