The location is perfect especially with the shuttle bus stop and grocery store. The beachfront is the best of all the areas along the shore. There are 2 bars on each side but staying in the hotel building I cannot hear anything at night so it's great. The staff are great as well from breakfast to the people in the bar and beach area, they just let you do your thing and help you when you ask for anything.

We got the panoramic view room. It was big, but not too big – and the views were incredible. The beach is accessed in between the bungalows through the cute garden. The beach is clean and immaculate, with perfect sand, paid massage service, and two types of sunbeds, available both in sun and shade. The resort has two beach clubs to each side so you’ll be able to quickly transfer from tanning to drinking if that’s your jam. Wi-fi was very very good. We worked for the first 5 days and we were able to handle two simultaneous worldwide conference calls with no issues. Location is good, with a few small shops a few minutes away, as well as some additional restaurants and cocktail bars. But it’s also not too loud. We had some really good sleep. Staff was nice and helpful. Reasonably priced cold drinks are available in the lobby. Breakfast was very good, and the restaurant makes a rather small but genuinely wonderful burger. I considered not writing this review because I want to gatekeep this place so bad, but you deserve to know that it’s a great choice. Thank you!

A couple of small things: some of the bed sheets were a little dirty, with visible coffee (🤞) specks and the shower needed some shelves to put your stuff on. I could knock down 1 point for this but…won’t.

I liked the hotel including the area between the hotel and the beach which is full of amazing plants and has a great vibe, they have a private beach and sunbeds. The room was comfortable and the view was amazing (we had the ocean view room). Also, the staff was very friendly and nice and the breakfast is delicious, with so many types of food that vary each day.

The bath wasn’t the cleanest and we got about 5 times stained towels. There aren’t many sunbeds which is fine, but people “reserve” them all day by leaving their towels on it even if they are away for hours, so I think the staff should have some rules in this regard.

Great hotel to stay at. We booked 3 nights here and 3 somewhere else and wished we stayed the whole time. Views impeccable from the panoramic rooms and a great price. Pool is bigger than it looks in photos and had a great swim up bar. Massage area on the beach so cheap. Nice breakfast and varsity changed a lot. Egg guy was great. Staff helped us rent s Moto with no problems at a good price. Bar next door with great night fire show. Close to loads of restaurants and bars. would recommend and return.

Visiting just at the start of the season means it wasn't fully perfect. Unfortunately the gym was out of order as there had been some sort of accident there with the roof. But when it's up and working it looked great with a lot of machines compared to other hotels we've been at. And things can be improved of course (our electric plugs by the bed a bit broken)

We love this beachfront resort. Its our 2nd time staying here. We stayed in the beach view bungalow no.4 and it was fantastic, Big , clean & comfy. It was a private dipping pool that was my favourite place to relax. The staff are all fantastic but Jane went above and beyond with helping me, even organised a new fridge for my medication that required very cold temperature storage & she was just always happy & friendly & a genuinely lovely person. Also Toni was fantastic & a magician with tech. The included breakfasts were great with loads of variety & all fresh. Being beachfront was fantastic as you can just walk into the ocean for a swim & go for walks along the beach, very relaxing.

The only thing that some people may not like would be the music from the properties next door but this didn't bother us & we couldn't really hear it to much from inside our bungalow.

The staff were so helpful and even surprised my husband with a cake for his birthday 😋 and also towels done as a cake on the bed with petals. The reception staff printed out our boarding pass for us and nothing was to much problem, always had smiles on their faces and ready to help.

If I could pick anything it would be the rooms need a bit of freshening up, getting a little tired but still great we had the panoramic seaview room which was a pleasure to wake up to every morning, we had a total of 7 nights.

Room was spacious and the view (Deluxe Double Room with Sea View) was stunning. Location is fantastic (in that it is close to the airport, beach and main town) but important note on the location coming up... Breakfast was good with plenty of options that changed up each day. Highly recommended if you're in Phu Quoc for a bit of a party and drinking. If you're looking to mostly relax, I have some further comments for you to consider.

There are 2 nightclubs either side of the private beach area that are open 7 days a week. If you're into that, this place is perfect. However, if you want to go to bed before midnight, you'd better bring some earplugs because the music from them, especially Ocsen next door, is pumping! It didn't bother me the first few nights but on our last night, it did keep me up. On one night, I saw this poor old couple who had the bungalow closest to the beach turn in around 10:30 - they were literally next door to the massive party happening next door! One other thing I didn't like - the TV doesn't connect to the internet, so no Netflix. There were a few channels in English but the signal was pretty bad. Bring your laptop or a Firestick.

This hotel is much better than some of the 5-star properties I’ve stayed at. It is perfect in all aspects and well suited for traveling with a family, friends or solo. The staff is above and beyond. The territory is beautiful and well maintained. You stay in the middle of a tropical garden, right next to a beach. The property is not new, but that only adds to the atmosphere, so not a point of concern for me. They offer very good breakfasts with nice selection options and high quality food. Restaurants and the King Kong supermarket are accessible within ~5 min walking distance. Noteworthy point: the hotel collaborates with a local cab business, and you can book rides through the reception. The prices are very good, I recommend.

The bungalow was spacious and comfortable, the AC worked well, and the doors provided a decent noise cancelling. The landscaping is green and luscious, and provided a nice view. The access to the water is nice and sandy, and there are ladies doing massages on the beach. The hotel is situated between two bars that had parties every night of our stay. The breakfast is very decent (though don't expect actual fresh juices). The area provides many alternatives for bars and restaurants.

The hotel itself is quite dated and needs maintenance. The fridge was barely cold, so even the fruit we kept there started spoiling fast. The area of the hotel is quite busy, once you go for a walk, it is quite loud and polluted. On the beach, you often smell exhaust of a passing boat or something else I couldn't identify. The area is extremely touristic and over-built, so if you want something more restful, go further up the island.

- the panoramic rooms are very large, and the view is pretty nice. One of the tallest building in the area. - the rooms are clean for Vietnam standards -the beach, even is narrow still has a nice view and atmosphere with the pool and the bar. The prices at the bar are decent - the breakfast is good - for a small hotel is pretty diverse There is nothing fabulous about this place the pictures I think are pretty close to the reality. Did not have any big surprises neither positive not negative.

- 5 min walk to the main street and passes some land. Is not terrifying but is not the most beautiful part. -is in between 2 clubs. You can hear some music around 10 pm but then from the main hotel with windows closed you cannot hear. - the beach is pretty narrow and the sunbeds are very close to each other -general issue in Vietnam mold in the bathroom
