The resort is located in an excellent location. Everyone who works there is very polite, kind, smiling, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I was impressed by the overall cleanliness of the resort. I recommend you make friends with geckos, they are regular guests in rooms, but they are harmless and shy. From the airport we used the free shuttle bus provided by the resort, the driver was very kind. There would also be the option of using the Grab app (equivalent to Uber/Bolt) or the local bus 17, free of charge. It is worth mentioning that you can move around the island very easily using buses 17 or 19 (depending on which area you need), and the transport is free. You can install the VinBus app to see in real time where the buses are on the route. For example, bus 19 runs very rarely. Don't forget, the massages given by locals right on the beach are absolutely divine. I recommend them!

I liked everything. It is very easy to get to all the tourist areas. I didn't like that I didn't stay longer on the island to enjoy everything it has to offer :)

The location was great. It was near many restaurants and a 10min walk from the King Kong supermarket. The bed was very comfy. They provide beach towels which you can take to the beach with you, which is nice. I just had to sign up. It has 2 swimming pools on the side I stayed at and all 6 days there was always space on loungers to tan and chill. The gym was small (and very HOT, AC doesn't work well there) but ok to do some weights and had one treadmill. The gym also provided bottled water and a towel.

The toilet and shower have no separation. So when you take a shower your whole bathroom is flooded. Breakfast was good but pretty small and also it got very repetitive. The walls are very thin. You can hear the neighbors next door, so bring earplugs. Also dogs were barking loudly outside of hotel territory at night, so earplugs are needed. I imagined my room would be bigger from the pictures. Didn't have any seating area inside the room except for the table and 1 chair. (Booked tropical garden room )

Very relaxing place to stay, even though it is just off a busy road, it feels very serene. Spotlessly clean rooms and gym. Minimalistic aesthetic design that is a nice mix between modern and authentic Vietnamese style - really well done, if you are not looking for a big generic hotel resort. The free public bus into town is an excellent service. One of the first places in a while that I would definitely like to return to for longer.

Always find it annoying when accommodation takes a security deposit or your passport in case of damages... you have our credit card on file already !

Location was perfect . Lovely pool side room that was spacious and kept so clean . Pool was lovely , shaded with coconut trees although during our stay there always seemed to be a scramble for the sunbeds ..This didn't detract from our stay , it was absolute heaven after 17days travelling down the coast visiting various places including Cambodia .what a fabulous way to end our travels 6 days at MVillage !

The only downside for us was the breakfast choice . Now whilst I am aware it was suitable for probably most people , out of all the hotels we had stayed in during our travels ( 7 in all ) , I have to say , it was the poorest regarding choices available . But having said that , the hotel as a whole , was fantastic .

Beautiful room and comfiest bed we have had in Vietnam! Breakfast was quite nice. We didn’t spend much time by the pool as there were a lot of kids and wasn’t really our vibe, but a quick walk to the beach which was beautiful.

On one of the nights we returned from the beach to find the water heater in the room leaking (quite heavily) of water all over the bathroom. We called reception and they said they would send someone but it took almost an hour (and two more phone calls) until someone came. This meant we couldn’t shower and we were late for dinner reservations. It turned out they had to go buy a new water heater. However I think if it had been communicated what was happening then we would have had an idea. Instead we were just left in the room with the noise of water leaking not sure when someone was coming. Also, we only discovered the gym on the last day. Would have been nice if this was communicated at check in or in the welcome book in the room.

The resort like setup of the hotel on the main street of Phu quoc is very nice. It is near to airport and 30 kms from VinWonders and 15 kms from cable car. It has a fresh vibe. The pool is clean. Rooms are nice and large with enough facilities. Breakfast is good. Staff are polite and very helpful. House keeping staff are prompt and helpful whenever we called them. As it is fully covered with thick green trees, expect few insects ot lizards around. But they wont come into your rooms. I have purchased all my tickets for VinWonders, vin safari, cable car and sun world from them at the same rates. They also arranged for bikes to roam around and cabs for full day use at very reasonable prices. Indian restaurant Ganesh is around 2 kms from here and it is the best place for Indian food. I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Phu quoc.

Beautiful setting, lovely pools and rooms. The breakfast was nice, with lots of options and fresh eggs. The Christmas gala dinner was good, the staff made every effort to ensure you had everything you wanted and had a good evening, lots of choice of food, the BBQ was especially delicious and they even roasted a turkey and some potatoes! Very close to the beach and plenty of other restaurants.

Only tiny but the playlist by the pool was very short and so was repeated too many times in a day, let alone if you were by the same pool for a few days.

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable, with the staff being very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very good, extremely clean, comfortable, with a great bed. The food (we definitely suggest trying dinner) was up to standard and pretty good. The pool was clean and we had a good time!

We were very surprised at how close the property was to the main road, but although busy, wasn't too noisy from our pool villa. We were expecting something a little more in nature. The only thing we would say about the pool villa is that there isn't privacy (anyone can look in) and you'll hear kiddos screaming.

Wonderful property, great location. Staff were highly accommodating. Room was spacious and as pictured. Breakfast was exceptional.

It's an island, so you have to expect a few bugs. That being said, housekeeping left a bug covered glass in my room for two days. In thier defense, it was US NYE weekend so they were probably super busy. But I would have preferred they take the glass. I'd still stay there in a heartbeat again though. It was otherwise a flawless stay.

Good location of hotel in centrum of city, in all directions possible find kafe / restaurants, massages, 700 m also supermarket with food and souvenirs and clothes. Bed and extra beds comfortable, pillows comfortable. Nice breakfast area - bambus tree made building - terrace. GYM was also ok with new eqipment, served drinks-water, touwels, shower...Breakfast not very reach, but everything You can find there. Hotel territory green with many plants, nice.

Pool floor with stone mass couting, for us not comfortable to walk in and out, without safety handles. In front of hotel going on demolation of multistore building, which was noisy. Around pool too less number of rest beds, there are free spaces - could be putted some more beds.
