The location was great right on the beach ⛱️ we had a villa, and it was private with our own beach chairs and a verandah to sit on. The room was spacious and comfortable. Service daily. 👌 Villa came with 1 free afternoon high tea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Transport to and from airport free.

Sometimes, the breakfast was cold. The steps to our bed were steap and a bit slippery at times.

We loved that our villa was oceanfront. It also has a bar where we can view the sunset and the sea water is warm. We also loved our room which was very spacious even upstairs where the bed is a loft but it was high enough that you did not have to bend over. The bed was comfy. AC was in the right place strategic to airflow during the night. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The food was great and the drinks were made with real fruit and delicious. The guest services were very helpful got a car for the airport and had information for any tours that you may want to go on.

I didn't like that they only had one type of tequila.

We had a wonderful stay at Famiana Resort! The staff everywhere was extraordinary helpful and friendly. We had a beachfront villa with a stunning view only 10 Meters from the ocean. The breakfast was also a real treat! Motorbikes can be rent at the hotel, it's a 15 minute ride to the centre of Phu Quoc. The direct surroundings of the hotel are quite nice, many restaurants, shops, cooking school, supermarkets.

The room itself had some very small issues but no real problems. The beach of the hotel was cleaned but if you walk a bit away from the resort there was a lot of garbage and plastic bottles on the beach (not the hotels fault)

Great beach bar and nice area with day beds & hammocks. Beautifully maintained gardens. Very convenient to have an ATM at the front of the resort. Resort provided free air port pick up & drop off.

The breakfast buffet was large and catered well for Asian guests, however there were no eggs (or an egg station) which I look for. When booking the beach view bungalow, the image was a ground level building, however we found it to be a 2 level building and climbing up the stairs to the second level was uncomfortable with my arthritis.

The property was lovely and clean not over crowded. I suppose we were there during off peak season. The rooms were large, we stayed in bungalow F111 which had a king sized bed, a small bath and walk in shower. The mini bar was complementary it was refilled everyday. Our room was near the restaurant and the pool. The pool was clean and well kept. We loved that we could relax and not have to rush for breakfast. The buffet breakfast was open till 1 pm which is sensational. The staff were very accommodating, courteous and exceptional. We were all given a beautiful gift at the end of our stay. How lovely is that ?

On the first day we arrived at the hotel, we ordered pizzas and the beef satay for lunch. Both dishes were underwhelming. The beef satay was overcooked very dry with no peanut sauce, the pizzas weren’t the best, too much cheese you could hardly see any other toppings. The beers were warm. We advised the staff that the beers had to be extremely cold especially in the warm weather 🍺 🍺

This resort is amazing, we loved it here, it was the best place we stayed in Vietnam. the staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating. The beds at the resort were the most comfortable beds we slept in, the bathrooms are huge and the room size was great. The air con worked very efficiently.

the location is away from the town but........this isnt a negative as the staff were amazing in telling us there was a golf cart that would drop us off and pick us up in town so we could go out for dinner and not have to walk home in the dark.

Location. Staff at reception were very good. Both Trang and Nhu were very patient and helpful. Booking the biggest villa, u get afternoon tea, free an hour of activities like paddle board, archery and such free. Free Mini bar was sticked everyday and lots of water was provided. Where we stayed we right right in front of the beach

The rooms are rather dated sometimes feeling like a chalet. Breakfast on the first day was terrible, better on the second so that can really be improved

I really did my homework (i.e. I read all the reviews!) and this place was wonderfully quiet (no loud nightclubs next door). It was also on a main street, so there were restaurant and massage options abound. The ocean was amazing, and I swam for kms every day. The room and bed were wonderfully big and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The pool was lovely, but not as long as it appears in the photos-I am a swimmer, so I had pictured myself doing laps every morning. But the ocean was an excellent alternative! Fun, free cooking class! The staff were wonderful, especially the breakfast waiters.

The WiFi was spotty during rush hour. And maybe it would be good if these wonderful places could have less pricey spas? I mean it doesn't matter because you can go off site, but they have these beautiful, peaceful spa rooms on the beachfront, but nobody books them because they are four times the cost of the street ones.
