We loved that our villa was oceanfront. It also has a bar where we can view the sunset and the sea water is warm. We also loved our room which was very spacious even upstairs where the bed is a loft but it was high enough that you did not have to bend over. The bed was comfy. AC was in the right place strategic to airflow during the night. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The food was great and the drinks were made with real fruit and delicious. The guest services were very helpful got a car for the airport and had information for any tours that you may want to go on.

I didn't like that they only had one type of tequila.

This resort is amazing, we loved it here, it was the best place we stayed in Vietnam. the staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating. The beds at the resort were the most comfortable beds we slept in, the bathrooms are huge and the room size was great. The air con worked very efficiently.

the location is away from the town but........this isnt a negative as the staff were amazing in telling us there was a golf cart that would drop us off and pick us up in town so we could go out for dinner and not have to walk home in the dark.

I really did my homework (i.e. I read all the reviews!) and this place was wonderfully quiet (no loud nightclubs next door). It was also on a main street, so there were restaurant and massage options abound. The ocean was amazing, and I swam for kms every day. The room and bed were wonderfully big and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The pool was lovely, but not as long as it appears in the photos-I am a swimmer, so I had pictured myself doing laps every morning. But the ocean was an excellent alternative! Fun, free cooking class! The staff were wonderful, especially the breakfast waiters.

The WiFi was spotty during rush hour. And maybe it would be good if these wonderful places could have less pricey spas? I mean it doesn't matter because you can go off site, but they have these beautiful, peaceful spa rooms on the beachfront, but nobody books them because they are four times the cost of the street ones.

Location- close to the airport, beach front, close to everything Beach - can be amazing depends on the day and tide. Housekeeping - I stayed there for 10 days. On my first 5 days, they were fine. Then the rest til the day I left was bad. They dont clean the room well. I have told front desk 2x about it. They would leave a dirty glass, an almost empty bottle of water, a beach towel on the floor, messy bathroom sink. And most of all the bed. I got insect bites from the sheets and the bed. Until now they aren’t healed yet. Wifi - a bit bad coz I was doing online classes and experienced some connection issues everytime. I guess for me the biggest disappointment would be the housekeeping.

We wanted to kick start our trip with a relaxing and beautiful place and see the new year and Famiana resort was just perfect. We could check into our room early and we had an amazing room in the beach zone (garden zone is on the other side of the main room) which you could sea the ocean from. The staff were so friendly constantly smiling and looked after us very well. The room was great a good size and the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a small bath and shower. We had dinner and drinks at the resort for NYE and all the family of the staff were there too handed around champagne and gave out sparklers. We won’t forget our very relaxing stay at Famiana.

We had a wonderful time here, even if it’s located close to a busy street with lots of restaurants it’s so calm and quiet at the resort. Beautiful place and very good service! Would recommend!

The sea wasn’t the azure blue we expected, not the hotel’s fault. Very clean private beach though.
