- Friendly stuff and great people around who working there - Good air conditioning - Fridge with freezer - Red light in room - Small lamp next to bed - Amazing sunset and empty beach - Possible to get fresh coconut from palm tree on beach for 30kVND, and we also learned how to take it and make amazing videos - Quiet location and not problematic neighbours - Really good deal for money for long time, we will be glad to come back anytime 🙏

I dont mean it in wrong way, we enjoyed our stay, but there was some point what can make experience little bit better. As constructive feedback: - Pool was dirty almost all the time due to rain season so we didnt use it, but we saw little frog enjoy it 😂 - Beach sunbeds in not so good conditions, but not broken and possible to use. - Walls seens not to be cleaned longer time (i think is hard with geckos) - Low pressure on water in bathroom (hard to shower) - Electric sockets was sometimes hard to use (doesnt hold plug due to so many uses) - Problem with locker on front door (sometimes it takes time to lock front door) - Some evening dogs get pretty angry and chasing food from bags in hand As i mentioned it wasnt big problem for us and we enjoyed our stay all the time :)

This is a a little gem place. I don’t understand how it’s only 1 star. Large solid brick bungalows set around a very pretty pool that gets lots of sunshine. A 200 metre walk directly down from the property to a lovely clean beach with a few beach cafes. Sun beds are free la you eat/ drink in the cafes. Breakfast had 7 set meal options bread with omelet/ eggs/ noodles, a drink and fruit/yoghurt for 55 VND. There are lots of restaurants and bars a short walk away in the main long beach strip, it’s about 15 minutes walk to King Kong mart The Staff were all lovely. They also have laundry at 30 VND per kilo and Motorcycle rental and that was 150 VND per 24 hrs They also have 2 super cute dogs to cuddle.

The areas around the rooms and pool could be cleaned more often.

Excellent breakfast - lovingly prepared by 'Doreen' every day for us! Thank you Doreen! Oh, and Doreen maked EXCELLENT yoghurt - for breakfast, or for any other time of the day! We loved her Manageress 'sister', Thao, too - who ALWAYS responed QUICKLY to any little issues we encountered like: TV remote not working; money change needed for our taxi driver late at night, etc. Thank you, Thao - and see you again - AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

Hardly anything to dislike!

Great price, excellent location ( close to the sea, restaurants), nice swimming pool, beautiful garden , all rooms have own entrance ( or separate bungalows) huge bottle of drinking water for each room

cleaning is a real let down of this place ( really dirty windows, bathroom, floor ,,,) mosquitos ,

The price is excellent. The pool is open 24 hrs. The ocean is in the property and a close walk. Sunsets are amazing. The breakfasts are great and the staff are friendly and helpful. You can book tours through them for a competitive price. It is a short walk to a free bus system and you can travel anywhere from there.

Great property with access to beach, close to many restaurants, large and comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, the free breakfast and coffee was much appreciated. If I didn't want to explore the island I could have happily lounged on their beach for days.

Other than mosquitos, which can't be helped, nothing!
