The room was large and comfortable, the balcony was great, with a rail to hang wet clothes. The bathroom has a great shower and the towels were lovely. The hairdryer worked perfectly. There were hangers in the wardrobe. These things seem small, but all these small things make for a great stay and all to offer in other hotels these things are missing. Not to mention the staff were fantastic. Really helpful and welcoming. Thank you so much.

Comfort location to long beach and all local shops.great service by staff and host.easy access to vin bus which can take you to vin wonders ,grand world and safari. Bus number 17. Local night phu quock market near by to 5 minutes by bus again 17.near by to airport and island day trip . They are keep cleaning pool everyday and it is nice to relax pool by sitting area.moreover, staff are very nice people and welcoming.

Staff were extremely helpful & accommodating. Beds are really comfy. Cleaned everyday Room was big for a family of 4 Swimming pool was nice. The random kids rides about the place are odd but enjoyed by our kiddos

Kids playroom needs sorting out ( batteries on floor/ broken toys) but saying that my kids really loved having that space to play

The hotel is centrally located and is very good. It is located not on the main road which makes it less noisy. The bed was very comfortable and the staff friendly. I found it a great value for money

We have enjoyed the pool and the outside seating at the porch of the room. The bed sheets and the towels were clean.

We had the chance to experience very loud family party of the owner's family all Saturday long, so our rest at the room during the day was impossible due to loud karaoke singing. The public kitchen was disgustingly dirty and unsuitable to be used. When we have arrived to the room the smell of aroma box for the bathroom was overwhelming everywhere. The equipment is quite old and the decoratie pillows a and bed cover are dirty. When we have left our room in the morning we have left the sign "do not disturb" on, despite that the houskeeping went in, made our bed and towels and then left the room open with the keys to all the hotel in the keyhole unattended for who knows how long, the staff was nowhere close for good 15 minutes when we came back. The receptionist is always away from the reception desk which is disturbing due to the fact that the facility is accessible through a wide gate straight from the street. Definitely cannot leave any valuables at the room safe or at the unattended reception safe.
