The room is big, the manager can always be reached by phone and is very helpful, the dog and cat are very friendly, beds incredibly comfy, location is good and more bars or beaches can easily be accessed by grab scooter.

It seemed like the room hasn't been used for some time, so initially was a little dusty, but was solved with the first room service the next day. Shower gel was not refilled with room service and some areas (top of fridge and some corners) were still left with dust.

Really nice place. Kind staff provide good customer service. Great pool, good location on a quiet side street, but still close enough to the beach. New towels each day, free water refill, and a water kettle in the dorm. Good beds with a privacy curtain and a big locker. Only negatives were not having private lights at each bed, and sometimes with only 1 toilet u had to wait because the shower was inside the toilet. The doors and windows were double glass so very quiet. Will definitely come back. try the fruit stand next to the hotel:)

Staff is really sweet, very helpful as well. The location ain't really good, because you need to walk a lot to get in the center, but still there are good shops around, and if you want to go to the beach you need to rent a motorbike, or book a taxi anyways. So the distance reduces in the price you pay a night, which is for me worth it. Because it has a pool. Dorm rooms are okay, not anything special. It got cleaned everyday and you get a new towel everyday which is great. Also you could refill your water which I really appreciate.

The price is very cheap, the room is clean,big swimming pool and the green environment is a big plus. Mr. Hoang (the owner) is extremly friendly and helpful. He helped me by accepting alternative payment. There is always free big 20liter water container in the shared room. The housekeeping attendant is very friendly, she always smile when contacting with the guests. Thank you and i will comback if have a chance

Pool is big and clean. Owners dog adorable. Good hot shower. Lots of ok priced restaurants nearby.

Only one shower and toilet for 8 people. Bed is hard, personal lamp weird and dark, bed outlet poor. Beach couldve been closer but not too bad.

Free water, free shower gel, free pool ....10 minutes walk to the beach ....staff working there is nice and room is great too....just book it its perfect

We had a great experience here at Aurora in our vacation to Phu Quoc. The homestay's owner was friendly and supportive, and the pets here are super cute. Room was clean and the pool was clean as well Will definitely choose this homestay when we come back to Phu Quoc next time

Really big room with good AC and lovely swimming pool , it was really nice place to stay , close to main road where we could take a bus , taxi etc

Unfortunately there were builders doing some construction next to mine room so they started 8-9am drilling so it was noisy

Beds are just seperated by curtains, hostel does not seem very social. Shower and toilet are not seperated, so that the bathroom is always flooded
