All absolutely fantastic, the best hotel on our trip. Amazing and beautiful place located just short walk from main street (therefore peaceful and quiet), wonderful swimming pool with private beach chairs to relax, very nice garden around and just few steps outside your room. Apartament was spacious, very clean with comfortable and big beds and nice bathroom. We loved delicious breakfast on the terrace, buffet with many options for everyone. On top of this the best receptionist ever: Pink - always super kind and helpful. Pink - thank you!!! You are the star. We've been missing you all our remaining trip in Vietnam.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with daily room cleaning and fresh towels. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help with any questions or requests. There’s free Wi-Fi, and the breakfast was delicious and varied every day. You can also enjoy lunch and dinner from the menu — everything was fresh and tasty. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the beach is just a short walk away. There are also many shops and cafés nearby, which made everything very convenient. We were pleasantly surprised when the owner organized a complimentary dinner for all the guests during our stay — grilled seafood, meats, vegetables, and cold beer — a truly generous and memorable experience! This hotel is a great choice for both young travelers and families. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this gem of a hotel. It is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean and well kept. It is close to amenities however the hotel quiet. The room was spacious and clean towels and water was put in the room daily and cleaned when we requested. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The staff and the owners are very attentive especially the two young ladies on reception; they were really helpful and informative. We hired a scooter from the hotel at a great rate. The breakfast is good and there is a variety of foods and drinks available. Meals and drinks can be purchased throughout day. An amazing place, we highly recommend Palm Bay. As others have said, the rooms are very nice—clean, with good air conditioning. The breakfast had something for every taste, from fresh fruit to hot dishes. The pool area was lovely, and we always enjoyed relaxing in the evenings on the chairs nearby. Location-wise, the beach near the hotel was clean, sandy, and uncrowded—better than the more touristy spots in the south. We also used the hotel’s car, and the driver suggested some amazing hidden locations we wouldn’t have found otherwise. This is the first time we visit Phu Quoc where is a nice island. We stayed at a good hotel, Palm Bay Resort Phu Quoc. It is located beside a mountain. Room was very clean and new. They are quite friendly and care of the guest. We met the owner. She is a wonderful woman, kind personality. They helped us with many things during the time we stayed at the hotel. What a fantastic place. The staff and accommodation were excellent. The pool was the cleanest pool I have ever seen. The rooms where cleaned daily and had great air conditioning. The breakfast was good and had a hot egg station and you could always find something to eat. The hotel is set back from the road down a side street so very quiet which is great but still only a 4 minute walk to bars and restaurants. Only suggestion would be to consider installing room safes. It was like paradise and unbelievable value for money. You won't be disappointed.

We had a lovely stay at the resort! The breakfast was amazing, and the accommodation was well soundproofed, which made it extra comfortable. The pool was clean, and the sunbeds were really cozy. We also loved the adorable kittens around the property! And above all – the staff was absolutely the best! Right next to the resort, there’s a charming chocolate shop with delicious handmade chocolate, where you can even join a fun workshop. Just a bit further, there’s a fantastic little café that serves a perfect V60 coffee – a must-visit for coffee lovers! Thank you so much once again, we’ll definitely be coming back! ✨🫶🏻
