Before highlighting anything I need to say that the staff at this hotel deserves all the best in their lives! They are amazing! So polite, so nice & they are extremely helpful. We stayed there around 20 days, so this hotel felt like home 🏡 Perfect location & amazing value for the money! I will definitely be back here & I will recommend it to all my friends and family. Wifi is great, we were on the last floor in the 2 bedroom apartment - it’s truly amazing! I love this hotel, I love the staff & I hope we will meet again 🤍

Bed was a bit hard. I personally didn’t mind, but for my friend that was a problem.

We loved our stay at the hotel, we even added an extra night. So clean and totally worth the price. The staff are so friendly and helped us rent motorbikes, sims etc. Perfect little stay

The location was okay as there are a few nice restaurants close by. However, you do need transport to see the busy bits of the island

Our stay was exceptional! The staff was amazing, offering warm and attentive service that truly stood out. The hotel's location is great—just a 10-minute walk from the main street, with a convenience store only five minutes away where you can find everything you need. We stayed in an apartment with a sea view and enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every night. The room was super clean and spacious. If you like a firm bed, this one is perfect for you. The internet was super-fast, and we never had any issues with electricity during the rainstorms, which was our biggest concern since we had problems with electricity at other hotels on the island. The staff took amazing care of us, and the hotel offers laundry service, which was perfect for us. The bathroom was great, with excellent water pressure. We loved our stay so much that we extended it by three more weeks. We would have stayed another month, but due to the rainy weather, we changed our plans. A big thank you to the reception staff, and especially to the sweet housekeeping lady on the second floor. She is a sweetheart. The hotel also offers motorbikes for rent, making everything very convenient. If you have any questions about the island, the reception staff is amazing. Thank you for the great hospitality and care!

We would have liked to enjoy the pool, but maybe next time.

This hotel is a little heaven in Phu Quok. The apartment with balcony is a really comfortable space. It has a comfy bed TV a sitting room with a comfy sofa and a small kitchenette. The balcony is also neat. The room is rather spacious. The place is very quiet. The staff will help in anything they can. Help in finding a motorbike to ren ,a grab driver for the day with booking tourist activities etc... The swimming pool was a pleasure as well. It is available for 24 hours. There is something really pleasurable in having a swim at 1:00 in the morning. Really good place to stay.

The kitchenette could have had a bit more kitchenware.

For the budget cost this hotel was fabulous. All the staff were excellent ,the two lads who work 12 hr shifts and my cleaner who always had a smile and was always helpful with daily water and coffee. Bed was firm but comfortable , bedding was good and aircon worked fine. Bathroom and shower with hot water and shower items supplied Unlike some more expensive hotels there was ample shelves for toiletries and many easily accessible electric bedroom sockets. And a nice cooling pool

This is a very nice hotel, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful! The apartment was comfortable and clean, the AC is good. The bed is hard but it was comfortable for me. It also feels nice and spacious because of the high ceilings.

There are many mosquitoes but the staff sprays so they don't come in. Also you can hear very loud when people are moving furniture in the other rooms because it's the sound on wood being dragged on tiles. Lastly, it's a very quiet location, nothing around. A bit far from the beach if you're walking but great if you just want to relax in the hotel.

We spent three weeks at Duong Dong and loved our stay! The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The room itself was modern and comfortable - the beds were comfy, good shower and a kitchen with enough stuff to cook basic meals. The pool was lovely too. It's about a ten minute walk down to the main road that's full of restaurants and shops, and another ten minutes or so to the beach. As it's up away from the main road it was really quiet and peaceful. All in all it was amazing value!

I stayed here for five days. The location is good if you like peace and quiet. The room is compact but it was only me so that was fine. There is a decent fridge in the room. There is plenty of wardrobe, cupboards and drawers to put your things in. The balcony was small and it had a washing line already tied for you to dry your swim wear. The bathroom was clean and the shower had hot water. I rented a scooter so it was easy to get to all the places I needed to. It is about five minutes ride from Kingkong supermarket, which sells everything. The beach is quiet and the water was clear. There are restaurants nearby so it's easy to get food. The pool is lovely and clean and I spent a lot of time in it. I had the pool to myself.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed. It was too hard. I asked for extra duvets to use as toppers and I was given some which I slept on top of and that solved the problem. So if you like a firm bed then this place is for you.

We initially booked to stay for nights at Duong Dong but ended up extending our stay! The hotel room was fairly small but equipped with everything needed for a short stay, such as a refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning etc. The property was clean and fresh towels provided every few days. The hotel has a lovely outside pool area with a few sun loungers. The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. The property is also ideally located just a short walk from restaurants and bars and there is a free tourist bus which stops not far from the hotel and can take you to the airport, into town or to Grandworld so it’s very easy to get around the island without renting bikes.

The bed was quite firm however we asked for additional pillows and this made all the difference and we have found it quite typical to have firmer beds in Vietnam than what we are accustomed to at home!

The location is really good, not far from the main road where the free buses go. The staff was super friendly. Payment was possible with a credit card without an extra fee.

Our room was in need of some renovation already. The pressure in the shower was not the best. The bed was quite firm. There are also roosters in the forest behind the hotel, who might wake you up at 4 AM.
