I had a wonderful 2-day, 1-night stay at Amaya Retreat. The serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and offered stunning views of nature. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring my comfort throughout the stay. I especially enjoyed the spa and the delicious meals at the restaurant. The highlight was the peaceful ambiance, making it easy to relax and unwind. Overall, it was a rejuvenating experience, and I would highly recommend Amaya Retreat for a quick, relaxing getaway.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The surroundings were calm and green — perfect for relaxing and recharging. The room was clean, well-equipped, and designed to blend beautifully with nature. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. It was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely love to come back!

Amazing location in the middle of the forest, with wooden bungalows with glass walls, so you have a 360 degrees view of the tree tops around it. Food was delicious, the new restaurant manager is doing a great job and was also so kind to send us food to our room even though the restaurant was closed (at 16h00), actually the whole staff was very helpful and did their best to make us feel comfortable.

The staff didn't speak English at all and service was very slow, once our meal was finished plates were left at our table for a very long time. No one offered dessert and when we went looking for staff to order a dessert it never arrived. It was a 5 star venue with 2-3 star service. However the food was impeccable.

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful location close to Hanoi airport. Beautiful location outside of Hanoi city. Very peaceful with lush gardens and lovely swimming pool - a great place to relax. Staff are very friendly and efficient and food was excellent.

The resort is located in the forest. I love the scenery here it's beautiful and chill and the food is delicious. What impressed me the most is that the staff are very friendly and speak English very well.

Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.
